Soo. I go in there order what I normally order. Well I get my stuff and realize the drink is not what I ordered. I’m pretty sure the person who took my order didn’t hear me correctly. So I say something about it and get automatic attitude by the girl making the drink. Then they say we will remake it and never did. 15 minutes down the drain. Then I get told by another person oh go back down by the register and they will take care of you. Ok, so I’m supposed to pay for a whole other drink because the person taking my order didn’t hear me correctly. They didn’t even read my order back to me to make sure it was correct. I will never come back to this store ever again. Customer service was horrible, attitudes galore, and just miserable in general. After all that waiting my food got cold so now $30 later here I am. Unbelievable. If you don’t like your job or people don’t work in customer service. My whole Starbucks experience is ruined in one visit. Not to mention I overheard 2 of the workers talking about me as well. So unprofessional and disappointed at the service. Beware.. go to a different location where the workers are happy...
Read moreVery nice layout and atmosphere but, unfortunately, the service is lacking. I ordered a small drink and bagel via the app and went inside to do work. The baristas had a steady influx of customers walk in as well as in the drive-through line. I approached the counter after 25 minutes having not received my drink and waited to be spoken to as the barista was in the middle of completing an order. I told her the order, not indicating the amount of time I’d waited, and let her know I’d already received my bagel. Another 13 minutes passed when I again approached the counter, telling her I’d now waited 35 minutes for the drink. Another barista grabbed a drink from the drive-through window and placed it front of me. It was two-thirds full so I asked for it to be filled. Was then given a drink that was overly full and poorly mixed. Really disappointed in the service here, as I’ve worked in a coffee shop and understand the rushes can be stressful. Hopefully the owner can get the service to be on par with the atmosphere...
Read moredrinks were fine, but the employees were not welcoming nor kind. they weren’t even busy, but we were ignored and then finally a barista walked up to us and asked “well are you here to order something?” with an attitude, when i stated we had a mobile order to pick up she rolled her eyes, put our drinks on the counter, ignored us, and then started talking to her coworkers in her headset and they all started laughing. we tried to tell them thank you, but were ignored. as someone who works for starbucks i am not allowed to treat customers this way at my store. i usually never leave reviews like this but this treatment is not ok. even if they’re having a bad day. they literally acted like we were bothering them even though we were just...
