McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I asked for fresh hot fries and they said 3 minute wait...fine I said. When the girl handed me the fries it was the same brown old soaked fries I had given her in The same bag. I'm not an idiot. I should have given them back but I was so disgusted that I knew I would make a scene. This is not the first time...I had ordered 2 small frappes... when I got them, the side of up had cut in it and the frappe oozed out into my car and on my kids car seat. I went inside told them about the leakage, they fixed me 2 more small grapes, again leaking all over my white work uniform. I went back inside they say...yes the machine e cuts the s.all cups for some reason....REALLY!!! THIS IS SOMETHING YOU KNEW HAPPENS AND YOU SERVED ME TWICE AND FIXING TO DO A THIRD !!! I asked for a paper cup..poured both the frappes in separate cups...I'm happy as a clam. I wanted the drink..not caring how its served, just like my fries..I paid over $35 for this meal and was unable to eat the fries....McDonald's famous fries are branded in my head as just nasty . 3 big macs, 1 double cheeseburger, 1 grilled chicken sandwich, 1 chocolate 1vanilla milk shake. 3 med fries and 3 med drinks. If this is the service I will come to expect from moss bluff McDonald's then I will encourage the kids and anyone else not to waste their money. I will spend my money happily...

Waited after ordering in the Drive-Thru for a quarter pounder doesn't matter you don't actually have to park over to the right I don't care what they say the guy that took my gave me my dr. Pepper and stuff at the drive-thru window came to my car and actually asked me for my receipt when he was the one that didn't give it to me I threw away the food because I didn't trust it. You got you make people look bad I mean how hard can it be to work McDonald's.

I've been to several locations and this is the worst one ever in Texas they go above and beyond for people eating anywhere else I've had a girl at the drive-thru to did and went quickly I gave her a $35 tip I mean what kind of this is why I don't understand how hard is it to make hamburgers and deliver food I'll make sure I never going to McDonald's again but it is on my GPS and everything everything was recorded I am going to call corporate cuz all you people need to be fired or go to class and learn how to learn how you guys weren't even busy and it kills meI decided to stop there and I should have just drove off cuz I threw away the food I don't I don't trust you people but I'll call corporate and you know I don't see you guys and I can anywhere else in life...

i worked there and let me just say they're TRIFLING! the grills that the food is cleaned on is FILTHY! the ice cream machine is nasty and stank, flies flying all around the machine and inside the machine 🤮 i wouldn't recommend. the machine the eggs are being cooked on is nasty! selling buns with mold! hair in food. let's not get on them dropping buns on the ground and picking it up and still using it! or then making food without using gloves! all the managers worry about is getting their times good, they don't worry about the customers and try to make sure the customer is good before they leave they're just worried about staying in green the whole time. the man that runs lunch has a nasty attitude! he's so rude and unkind. he rushes the customers from the moment they're in backcash till they get to the front window. you can't even check to make sure everything in your bag is right without him yelling " have a good day " rude! i had covid and couldn't work until my weeks were up and all the gm and peoples manger was worried about was making sure they had enough people to work, not worrying about my health. i'll post pictures for you guys.
