McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

Went through drive thru last night young lady at the 1st window taking money told me my total with a attitude ear buds in her ear working and on the phone after giving me my total I reach to give her my card she started talking on her earbuds had me waiting until her conversation was up after paying I drove up to the pick up window same girl went up there with a attitude earbuds in telling me go park your car and wait 10mins she will bring it out 10 mins to long what happen to fast food I told her I would like a refund due to the fact 10 min wait to long I’ve spent over 10 minutes arguing with the young lady about give me a refund instead she continue with her little attitude multiple workers female wise came to the window egging the little girl off there is no leadership in that place at night full stop f kids my food was horrible wasn’t fresh was old as can be fries hard double dipped meat on burger was cold can tell it was sitting my whole entire meal and my wife meal was so horrible I ended up at the hospital last night stomach was hurting had bad gag reflex the taste was horrible I’ve been eating Mc Donald’s since a kid and my meal yesterday clearly done made me think or feel something nasty was done to my food by these little children at this place I will be following up with whoever I need to BBB food inspectors etc place needs better staffing and role models with a positive drive this won’t cut it this McDonald’s is pure trash soon as you pull up the the speaker to have order taken a work get on speaker and say GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER really how professional how you tell someone go ahead with they order I’m here to place a order have no order to go ahead with they really need to get it together I will long as I live promise myself and warn friends and family not to eat here due to the unprofessional workers and the fact I’m still sick this morning from last night food 2 bites off the quarter pounder maybe ate half carton of fries the few that wasn’t to hard to eat other than that I rather go through hurricane katrina again 5 times in a row than to come to this...

Worst McDonalds ever. Multiple visits to this location and I am consistently dissatisfied. The food has an odd flavor to it (kind of like it may not be stored properly). Also, you MUST double check your order because I am always missing something. I order happy meals for my kids and they each have always been missing something out of each (usually apples and french fries). The customer service is worse than the food. I don't know what kind of training they go through, but the employees do not know how to take an order correctly. I tried to order two value meals. I ordered the first one and was immediately cut off and told "first window". Thats it, no total, no asking of I wanted anything else, no reviewing my order for correctness. I asked if I could order something else and she said yes. I ordered another item. I drove around (again with the lack of a total or review of order) I got to the window and the second item wasn't even rung up! I had to pay with two different cards because after swiping the card for just the first order, it would be too much trouble to get the manager to approve using card for two swipes in a row. After trying to tell the cashier that the order she rung up was still wrong (missing a coffee and the coffee that was on there was the wrong size) I gave up and went to the Burgur King to get a coffee. I just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to this young man Lendell Hams and I sure hope i have the exceptional young man's name correct! He was so delightful and helpful!! Being that this is a fast food joint that we all require day in and day out regardless on how we get treated just cause we are tired or have a craving we don't always appreciate whom takes care of us or pays us much attention just cause that is what we are mich custum to ! He has such a bright attitude and spirit! He deserves a thank you and much more!! So I hope that his supierors see this and give him the gratitude that he deserves !! After a long day of work and a day I and day out of dealing with the public his service and smile reminds me of why I do what I do each and everyday and I only hope and wish I give my regulars/customers the service with a positive smile that I received today from this young man!!
