Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant or just carry out service/delivery at that! Lazy employees they all acted like the hated being there the entire place was trashed! Disgusting I literally walked out of the place and had receipts and napkins stuck to my shoes! I NEVER leave reports like this either. Never got my pizzas (thank god) after seeing how dirty that place was. We called For delivery and they said they weren't taking any deliveries at the time (A LIE) I got there and they were preparing deliveries to be taken out. So I ordered carry out and waited 40mins. And I show up and they say they don't have anything under my name or phone number. They had obviously deleted the order. Bc the man in front of me had the same problem and the lady beside me was having the same problem. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN or all the employees fired and new ones that want to be there and make money the honest way hired. This is coming from a veteran of the food industry.

The pizzas ordered well ahead (11:57AM for 4PM) arrived literally AN HOUR late. Worst delay I've ever had with pizza delivery. And without the extra jalapenos that were supposed to be on one of them. They tried to blame it on the Doordash, but it was Doordash that was waiting for it at the restaurant. At least it wasn't completely cold. Also the medium pizzas were rather small for the description. The Pepperoni Lovers pizza was rather sparsely populated with pepperonis, I expected them to be touching each other, but instead it was about 1.5-3 pepperoni slices per pizza slice, for a medium 8-slice pizza. So pretty meh numbers for even an ordinary pepperoni pizza, contrary to the image on the website showing a pizza completely covered in pepperonis. I would have selected a different pizza with more toppings had I known this one would be so disappointing. I'll definitely order the pizza from somewhere else next time, mostly because of...

Absolutely the worst location. I placed an online order and waited an hour. I called and they said they couldn’t find my order, but I could re order and repay. I said absolutely not. The money was withdrawn from my account and then I was placed on hold. I was on hold for 28min( I have recording) and called 3x after. The manager finally picks up and took no responsibility for his location at all. Except to say “ it’s not our fault it kicked out your order” it’s not our fault we couldn’t find your order. This location is the epitome of bad customer service, unprofessional and lack of care. Needles to say, my money is still debited from my account and NO delivery has arrived with my order. Last time my order was wrong and I had someone else’s order. Time before that my pizza arrived burnt and time before that out of 7 items I only received 2 because they again sent me someone else’s order. This is the last straw....
