Burger King — Restaurant in Louisiana

I just left this location 6:08 Pm I ask for my food to be fresh and it wasn't I think the put it in the microwave bread was hard as hell unbelievable this is said the stud at the window did not care lied and said it was fresh y'all had not cars at the time I was the only car I didn't see why it was so hard to drop my food freash .... She seen me waving my hands back and forth to get her attention she act like she didn't see me she had her head down was scared I was going to ask to make my food back over sad ... Everyone don't need a job !!!!!!!!!!! ..... April 26 11:39 Pm LONG LINE ❗❗❗same stud in window and a new manager I ask for my food freash they lied put it in the microwave again I ask for cheese didn't have any thank God I checked before pulling off ask for extra pickles told me they couldn't do it because the pickles was closed up ready for tomorrow shift SAD SAD SAD SAD !!!❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗ FOOD MADE ME THROW...

This isn't the worse fast food place but it isn't the best.. Everytime I go there for breakfast depending in who is in there working it seems like it's always wrong and I have to wait but I can live wit the wait because the food is fresh... I literally just left and I left without checking and of course my order was wrong as usual.. I asked for a bacon and cheese croissant and they gave me a bacon and egg croissant and some genius even wrote no cheese on the wrapper... This happens everytime I go there and this one lady in particular is there... I tell them no egg and it seems to confuse the ppl smh.... I can't say I wnt go back because it's the only one in the area but I wish they would get it together... I have a better experience when we go in the afternoon/evening but I probably will stop getting breakfast which sucks because I just started going there...

Usually this BK is pretty fast but today 9/14/12 I went there for lunch and it took 25 minutes to get my order. I can understand if they were short staffed or had new employees who were still learning the system but this did not appear to be the case. The employee manning the front counter and putting to go orders together was inattentive and distracted and did not appear to have any since of urgency about getting customers their food. This was very upsetting as I only have a 30 minute lunch break and it took 25 minutes to get the food and for at least five of those minutes I could see my whopper sitting under the heat lamp and all she had to do was bag it but I don't have the balls to say something! Which is why I am now venting to this computer. Needless to say, I'm not returning to that location. But the food was delicious, so whoever was...
