Horrible. I wanted to walk away fast but I had already paid with credit card. There were at least 6 people on staff and they were all arguing loudly with each other. I paid one person but another person was the lobby customer service. She dropped a trash pan, broom, and can; wiped her hands on her clothes and said what sounded like "Wha chu got". I wanted to say to get the he'll out of here but I was in shock about all occurring. Then a guy with a headset on and a big white napkin in his ear walked over and threw my side on the counter. Meanwhile, the lobby register girl starts an argument with the cook. She used a tong to push a rack of hot out of the grease chicken tenders spilling some, who knows where they will end up but judging from what I was witnessing...thats the next drive thru order. The cook retaliated by tossing the fresh chicken out. Not a glove on the hand in the house. I was talking to myself do loudly, in my head, the noise had gone away. The she looked at me and her lips moved so I was back to hearing all the drama. As I departed I looked and day the perfect place for this possibly cross contaminated food...the trash can. I the departed the property for the last time. I wish I owned a Popeyes Chicken. Customers deserve a clean, drama free, professional environment. The staff deserves a manager with professionalism, organizational skills, appearance standards, food safety accountability, and a vision for them all versus their initial hire position. A moderately valuable lesson for me and I don't recommend anyone reading this learn it after reading. This particular location has issues that eventually could make...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited this location on March 22nd, we arrived at the drive-thru speaker at 9:58 and someone in the location informed us that they were not open. I then told her that it was okay we would wait until the location open in 2 minutes. The employee then stated that we could not wait the in the Drive-Thru for the location to open we would have to leave. I then asked to speak with the manager on duty and the person I was speaking to inform me that she was the manager on duty and that we would not be able to remain in the Drive-Thru because no employees had shown up for work and that they had not dropped any chicken so they would not be able to serve anyone until 10:30 a.m. I said well your posted hours are 10 a.m. for opening. I then took a copy of the hours for my records and at this point, the same lady then asked if she could take my order. I said, no that's ok because you said you all had not dropped any chicken and no employees were at work.
This is customer abuse. A complete disregard for a customer's time and gas. The reason we came was because my husband had had a procedure done and had not eaten in 18 hours. He said he wanted Popeyes chicken. I personally do not eat Popeyes chicken and after this poor service (no service) I doubt that I would ever patronize this...

Was told to pull to the side, which, I expected as I know the chicken sandwiches can take awhile. 3 other cars were pulled beside me and one by one they all got their food. After almost an hour and a gallon of gas wasted, the most apathetic employee came out and tells my girlfriend they gave our food to someone else. Not only that but because we ordered through Uber Eats, they werenāt going to remake our order. Worst dining/fast food experience I have had in my 27 years of life. I typically am not one to cause a fuss over this sort of thing, but I will be doing all of the following things: Never ordering from this popeyes again. Leaving this 1 star review. Calling the store tomorrow to properly leave a formal complaint.
