Rally's — Restaurant in Louisiana

The Laplace store is the worst place to go to I hope they close down my first experience with them people was inside of the store and would not take my order and was looking at me then had the nerves to put a hand written sign up and said we closed it was nine pm at night it pissed me off badly I live in Baton Rouge and I came there because I do like the food and to see you looking at me and not serve me was horrible last night I decided to give this location another chance the lady working the window was so bitter as if it was my fault this was her job of sauce comes on a rally burger she said umm everything in a nasty ass matter I was like well I so you saying ketchup mustard and mayo comes on it she said I told you everything I said well mustard only and can I have my burger cut in half she said we don’t have no knife so I asked for the burger to be took off my ticket and just give me my wings I asked For ranch she would Not give it to me I asked for a Water cup oh we don’t have that I said can I buy a drink she said we don’t do orders at the window go all around again in drive thru and place a order for a drink the lady was so rude I finally asked for my money back once again I came from Baton Rouge to get bad service don’t eat here and hopefully they will Shut down you spending your money to be treated like you...

All NWA Rallys closed down so we were happy to find this until we got our so called food. I was sat on ordering a BBQ bacon to be told they were out of bacon then when I ordered a big Buford they were out of the white cheese they normally put on the BBQ but told me they didn't even carry it?? They blue slushy drink tasted awful and the burgers tasted like boxed walmart frozen patties. My daughters chicken sandwich was so hard by the time she pulled all the tough part off it to try to eat, it was a chicken nugget instead of patty. This was the worst Rallys food I've ever had and when we pulled up to order the first thing they said was exact change only! No cards and they couldn't give you back change if you have them anymore than what your meal cost. The speaker kept cutting out while trying to order and when I got to the window the emoyees acted mad I was even bothering them and no one spoke or said thank you when they handed us our nasty food and drinks and 2 different employees handed us different parts of our order since there were 4 of us in the car that ordered. I remembered rallys being completely different and if this is how the few that are open are being ran ill never return when I travel and run across them. I'll be surprised if this one stayes open being...

Been comin here for years with no problem but this time was a bit different. Sat waiting at the left speaker for 10 minutes, the other lane too (who pulled in after).

Tried to call on the phone with no answer so pulled up to the window. No other cars around except me and the other people in the lanes (a few by now).

While sitting at the window a young guy looked my way, started walking toward me and then veered off for some unknown reason.

Tried to call again, got a "Hello" and then just some lady in the background yelling about answering the phone with all the customers they had.

Ummm... what customers?

Then I heard "and some dumb white merfing redneck lookin through the window".

Guess they were speaking about me because technically I am "white" and drive a big truck.

But being from LA originally I've never been called a redneck... lol.

Oh well. Guess I'll pass on the saliva...
