Allergies: Ordered a BIG BUFORD COMBO LARGE "WITHOUT ONIONS", I am ALLERGIC, CHECKED BURGER, had 1 ONION, GAVE BACK FOOD, the dresser TOOK OFF ONION, TRIED GIVING BACK SAME BURGER, even after I informed them, they had to ReMake the burger, told them again "I AM ALLERGIC to ONIONS, the dresser thought she try to be SLICK a 2nd TIME, I saw her take ALL the STUFF FROM OLD BURGER, and PUT IT ON FRESH BUNS, after she ACTUALLY MADE the NEW BURGER, I asked about my LARGE FRY that was still in the BAG WHEN I gave it back to them to remake the burger unbeknownst to me, my LARGE FRY FELL OUT the bag and on the floor, so the DRESSER MADE me a NEW "SMALL" FRY, her REASON FOR THAT WAS, "I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS a LARGE FRY".

HOWEVER, WE ALL KNOW that DIFFERENT SIZES of FRY and DRINK CUPS HAVE DIFFERENT COLORS so, now appearntly you NEED to be a ROCKET SCIENTIST TO a BURGERS and FRIES @...

Got there at about 11:20am on my lunch break only to be skipped over multiple times because the cashier said she has to take care of the drive thru people first which l kind of understand having worked at fast food places but my work truck not being able to fit through the drive thru is why l walked up to the window. After about 15 minutes of standing outside without my order even being taken, the cashier finally takes my order. After waiting another 15 minutes for my food the young lady came told me that they were out of the sandwich l ordered and would l like to substitute it. I told her yes but she never reimbursed me the difference from the orders and my fries were horrible.
