I recently placed an order through the Smoothie King app for delivery, but only one out of the three items I ordered arrived. The Uber driver didn’t hand it to me as instructed—they just left it by my door and left quickly. I tried calling the store a few times to report the issue, but no one picked up, which was frustrating. However, later on, I was contacted by Adolph Grimes, the manager, who was genuinely concerned about the missing items that uber did not deliver. He confirmed that the driver left with all 3 items. Rather than making things complicated, like uber, he simply invited me to the store to pick up the two missing items that i never recieved. I really appreciated his understanding and willingness to resolve things quickly despite uber being a hotmess of an experience. Service is a little bit slow and if you have a truck, theres no space to park but the smoothies...

Mad bc we wanted a refund for the smoothie bowls that wasn't filled to the fill line, we'vehad this problem before & the other location made us aware of the fill line, apologized & fixed the issue. This lady aggressively snatched the receipt out my hand & when I snatched my money back she threatened to call the police, after she started the mess! This insane lady went to cursing & counting down telling me to leave out the drive thru or she's going to call 911. No wonder there weren't other cars in their drive thru & after reading these reviews...this type of customer service isn't new at this trashy place. Call who you want to call but don't start disrespect & think you won't get it back!

Read moreI come here frequently and it’s always the same thing. The employee has an attitude, as is obvious from her tone. It’s not all of the employees, however, there is one to be mindful of if you come here as often as I do. Today was no different. I had a pickup order, but the employee is so quick to dismiss me that she doesn’t allow me to tell her that. My advice: don’t get Adolph Grimes to call because no quality control is being implemented into the service. Again, it is not every employee, but this happens...
