Oh my God I love this place my mom my four-year-old and myself along with my brother go here often we absolutely adore the food and service the people are usually very kind and well-managed especially the gentleman who cleans up the tables with ponytail and where is that cross not sure his name however this time was very different and has threatened the possibility of me and my family going back my mom was at the food counter attempting to fix her a bowl of pasta with marinara sauce when someone bumped her from behind and she spilled the marinara sauce on our hands and burned herself quite badly the gentleman behind the counter and I use the word gentleman very loosely in this case to be Fair he was more of an ass but I'm not going to go there he started to laugh when my mom burned yourself and I got extremely offended by this I asked him what the heck was he laughing at and he said did it burn while laughing and Mom said yes can you get me a rag or something and the man just continue laughing and said that she should be more careful next time and turned his back and walked away and this infuriated me I have been in food and hospitality industry my entire work history and I have never seen someone so rude in my entire existence I asked to speak to the manager and the manager did nothing in regards disciplining this thing in fact I went there the next day to pick up a few pizzas that my daughter and I were feeding to the homeless and that same man was there and when I went to order my pizza he turned away and walked in the back when I called out to him he just flipped me off and got walking I intend to go back as soon as possible to get a photograph of this man so that you all can see who he is because the next time he flips me off or walks away from me will be the last after I left the store I went over to Harbor Freight and bought a can of pepper spray rudeness will not be tolerated and if the management will not discipline him then I as a customer will protect all of the...
Read moreOk, here's the thing. If you have ever eaten at any CiCi's like I have for the past 25 years, you basically know what to expect. What you DON'T always expect at a simple, cheap, fill-me-up pizza buffet is a phenomenal staff!! Sharon is a gal behind the counter, making the pizzas, greeting customers, and greeting with a smile!! She was going above and beyond "just making pizzas"- she did it well every time AND was very intentional about asking everyone what they wanted to be put on the pizzas. And then, she followed through! Which leads to fresh, hot pizzas because everyone is gobbling up what she is putting out as they are made instead of pizzas that people don't want sitting there taking up space. And then there's Tony who is a very sweet, personable guy who is bussing tables both as you eat and when you leave. He's right on the money, the table never feels cluttered with plates, and he's also smiling as he hustles about doing everything in his power to make your dining experience nice. What he did that was above and beyond is what took this experience to the next level. So I LOVE oven roasted pepperonis. I had taken 2 pepperonis and placed them to the side. Tony, as he was cleaning the table during the meal, noticed and commented. This led to my explanation of wanting to end the meal with the crispy pepperonis. So he offers to run some pepperonis...JUST THE PEPPERONIS!!...through the oven just for me!!! My day wasn't bad, but it was absolutely made phenomenal by this act of kindness and personalization!! I still have the biggest smile on my face as I write this lengthy review. So if you're looking for a place that's relatively cheap with decent food, this works. But if you care as much about service with a smile and PERSONALIZED pizza on a buffet, THIS is the place for you!!! I'll...
Read moreI didn’t know what to expect coming to Cici’s to be honest. It’s like a blast from the past from your childhood, but in the worst way possible. I have to compliment the staff, they were very friendly and the arcade is pretty awesome! Now onto the bad.
Came for lunch at 11:30ish so they had just opened but everything tasted off. The pasta station is sad - the noodles are soggy and the sauce looks so strangely solid and off putting. But the pizza is the most offensive thing here somehow - the dough has this weird texture that comes off as undercooked, it wasn’t crispy in the slightest. There wasn’t any regular cheese pizza either, just the weird white sauce pizza that tasted like nothing. The grossest thing by far to me is the drink station - it would be excusable if it were late at night but for it to be so DIRTY less than an hour after opening is embarrassing. Didn’t want to get any peach tea because the dispenser looked disgusting and I lost my appetite soon after. Won’t be coming back...
