I give 0 stars to this location, business owner and his son stole over $200 worth of cards. The owner acted all defensive when I asked to see surveillance footage and denied it. Even tho I knew exactly what I brought I still recommend you to count your cards and don’t leave anything out of your sight. Specially when they’re behind the counter they be slick and put customer cards on the side, take them under the table while they’re “checking for prices” I filed a police report, and I’m going far and beyond because I ain’t stupid and u dealing with the wrong person I will be calling the IRS and better business bureau! On them!!! People stay woke!!! Don’t let them steal from you!! They always acting shady. First time in a store because I know how shady they are and they proved me right!!! got me for over $200 in less than 3 days in the same damn week!!! I do not recommend u to come or buy online fro them bc the packages get “lost” too so be careful!!! they 💯 doing shady activities in this location!! The girl that sits there, the owner and the two guys they all work together as a team to steal customers cards!!! Don’t let them fool you or distract you!

I am disappointed in the direction this shop has gone. Sealed product, that is still being printed, shouldn't be sold for the astronomical market prices just because you can. I can understand if it's marked up slighlty, but here they have maxed out the prices. $100 for an ETB that hasn't even come out yet? I've also brought my singles in the past and was told that my card was a lower quality when it was perfectly fine, maybe only off-centered in the back no white edges. Another time when attempting to purchase some singles, they tried convincing me it was LP when it was clearly MP. Low ball offers for purchasing singles yet want to overcharge for them. I fear that many people who don't have enough knowledge are being and going to be taken advantage of. My business will be taken elsewhere as there are plenty of other honest shops in the area. To the owner, who has seemed combative in the past, please remember this is my review and try to keep it professional.

My niece and I came into this store for the first time on Saturday 6/21. She’s 6 and has recently gotten into Pokémon. There were two people working in the store. After reading other reviews, I’m assuming it was the owner and his son. My niece and I played an arcade game a few times and after that we looked around. She found an Eevee Pez dispenser and wanted to get it. We waited at the counter for a few minutes to purchase if, but no one ever acknowledged us. The owner was talking to the only other customer in the store, a man and his two children. He was telling the other customer about how to get into collecting cards, why they are valued at specific prices, etc. The owners son was on a computer, not sure what he was doing. After a few minutes, we stepped over and searched for a few random cards on the stores computer. After looking up around 5 of my nieces favorite Pokémon to see what cards they had, I had enough. I put what she wanted down and we left. Not sure if it was because we weren’t trying to purchase something that was expensive or what the deal was. I won’t be returning and I can’t recommend anyone else go to this store, unless you just want to look at stuff that’s not...
