Very bad customer service i am a young black man I went in there to day 3/15/2021 around 9:00am with a mask on and the mask was below my face and the lady ask me to pull my mask up so I did I noticed her mask was also down also and I kindly ask her to pull her mask up and she went off on me telling me I can either do what she says or leave the place she will call the police on me yelling at me told me I will never be allowed in the place again after today then took out her phone and started to record me I felt violated because I have been a loyal customer to subway for over seven years now and I never had a problem seems like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to take her problems out on the customer 5029 Veterans Memorial...

Call this location at 9:15pm to be told that they were closed already when clearly on the website it states that they're open till 9:30 p.m. when I inquired as to why they were closed I was told by the young lady that they closed at 9pm on Sundays. Then when I ask for a district managers number I was then informed that they were privately owned so then I asked for the owner's contact information only to be told he only comes in when it's important. Service was trash, one of the workers male has a very nasty attitude and bad understanding. If you’re going to have someone working the front counter they should be able to under English. Ordered a 6in sub on wheat and didn’t realize the bread had seeds on top and my mother can’t eat the seeds so I asked for white instead before he put anything on the bread and it seemed like it was whole problem for him.
