Starbucks — Restaurant in Louisiana

I wish I could give this location zero stars because that's truly what they deserve. I agree with ALL of the other reviews about this being THE worst location in Baton Rouge or that I've seen in my travels anywhere. Being the positive soul that I am, I kept thinking it would get better, but this morning I placed an order for egg bites (nothing else) on the mobile app at 7:05. I arrived at the store at 7:15 but didn't leave with my egg bites until 7:30. The employees are belligerent if you have the gall to ask about your order and move as if their feet were stuck in concrete blocks. The one I assumed to be the manager this morning had a dirty wool cap on her head and a shirt that was entirely too short, leaving most of her mid section exposed. This is not what I want to see at any business. What dumbfounds me is that with all of these negative reviews...

THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE DAMN STATE! the workers always look confused about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!!! I literally jus came bak from getting a 2 white chocolate mocha with 2x pumps of mocha and a croissant. The croissants was good. That’s it. I got home and it literally taste like water. We both said it taste like water with chocolate powder. This is not the first or sec time this happens! At least this time they filled mi cup up all the way because there’s usually 2-3 inches of coffee missing. They are ALWAYS out of the mozzarella tomoato panini. Our drinks are ALWAYS WRONG!!! I keep going here because it’s the closest one to me and I keep thinking well maybe it was a new person maybe it was an off day, but EVEYDAY is an off day. It’s my 4th time just this week going and there has been something wrong with our drinks EVRYTIME! DONT COME TO THIS...

Going to edit this review, as this location has improved immensely in the last year. Don't know if it's the change in staff, new management, or just a sea change. They are now friendlier, have more hustle, and provide an overall better customer experience. They still need to make more cold brew. Good work improving a bad situation. We now patronize this store just as frequently as the Sherwood Forest location.

Past Review Worst. Starbucks. Ever. If you have to shut down half the Starbucks in Baton Rouge, why can't you leave Sherwood Forest open and shut this foul location down instead. They are always rude, and they NEVER have cold brew - not in the morning, not at noon, and not in the afternoons. I would rather queue up at an airport Starbucks in LAX than go here.
