I have traveled the world and this location is by far at the bottom. Was not greeted by any of the associates. Was very lost looking for one item. Finally a young lady was coming from the back or from her break and saw I was confused and asked what I needed help with. I told her the item and she pointed and went to the register which by the way she could’ve walked me to the product because it was near the register. I spent more time still searching the area she pointed to. I went to the register and another lady checked me out by the name of Destiny! Very rude didn’t speak back to me neither did she answer when I asked how are you? I then asked about picking up my birthday item and she said with an attitude oh we don’t have the item and your birthday month is over. Let’s be clear you can get your birthday item after your bday especially once Covid happened because if you are sick that’s a valid reason to not make into a store. The person on my phone call found Destiny to be very rude as well without me sharing my thoughts on her behavior. She didn’t answer anything I was asking totally ignored me. I left the store spoke with a manger and Destiny flat out lied to me. The manager confirmed I could’ve received a gift. Destiny needs to be reprimanded and honestly removed. I was really excited to try this place out, since my mascara broke and I've had lousy luck with drug store stuff. I'm also horrible with makeup and was hoping to get some help and recommendations from the Ulta team. When I walked in, I was surprised to see that no one was willing to offer help, and other than the one cashier, there were hardly any other employees that I could see. The ones who were there were too busy talking with each other at one of the makeup counters to even look up. I wandered around for almost 10 minutes until someone finally asked if I was okay. I did get a recommendation, so I'm making my review 2 stars instead of 1, but then when I went to check out, there was no one in the register area. I stood around a few minutes And was just about to leave without buying anything when finally someone came up to check me out without making any eye contact or so much as saying "bye" at the end of our transaction.

I don't know how quite to describe the customer service other than to say everyone who actually helped me only did so because they had to, and thus they did the bare minimum or less. For as much money as they charge for their products, I'm super disappointed in the level of customer service. I...

This Ulta Beauty Salon deserves Five Stars. I just received the most phenomenal Short Cut Hair Bob from two Professional Hairstylist! I have never cut my hair or dyed it fully in the color of my choice until I came to the Salon. My hairstylist Mrs. Kristin Courville and the hairstylist who assisted her Ms. Laura did the most outstanding and phenomenal job with my Hair. They were multitasking, gentle, in order, organized, and put forth incredible work while doing my hair. My hair is beautiful because of Mrs. Kristen and Ms. Laura. They deserve a raise for how amazing my Hair looks and feels right now! My Mother was even in awe when She saw my Hair because it was just that gorgeous! Mrs. Kristin didn’t break long , and She went straight back to working on my Hair. They were all focused and honestly more ladies and gentlemen need to come to Ulta Beauty in Towne Center just to receive their excellent and brilliant services.
