I will never shop here AGAIN!!.. My fiancé and I shopped at this store on 11/4/2023, No - one helped us or asked if we needed help, but when a Caucasian couple came in the store both associate jumped up to help. Today, (11/7/2023) I came backed to this same store to purchase a shirt and wallet for my fiancé birthday on tomorrow. I asked a young girl, the same girl who had an attitude on Saturday, did they have a sales rack. While sitting on her phone she looked up and said, sales rack 30 off right there,SMH!! I ignored the ignorance! Oh did I mention how, I worked 10 days straight without a off day and was on call the pass weekend so I’m really tired. I seen a shirt my fiancé adored Saturday, I asked the young girl, can you reach me this shirt in a 4x?? She looked up from texting, she asked what shirt, and what size?? I repeated myself again.. I started to walk out, but I started thinking, I’m tired and I have to work in the morning, plus I’m exhausted for lack of rest. She walked off to get the pole( stick) she then, got the shirt, reached me the shirt, I said, Thank you! She said, uh huh!!! 🤬 Now.. I’m boiling!! I asked the older lady, Do you two own this store, she said , No! I said, oh, so you two are workers? She said , yes! Hours M-Sa 11AM-7PM & Su 12PM-6PM. No public restrooms. Three dressing room access. Michael Kors sports coat sold at DXL. Not a busy store. Name brand products & clearance items. Perfect find for men needing bigger and/or tall clothing items. Offers online shopping. My husband buys the pants khaki/navy blue/black options mainly for office work but good for casual dress attire for the occasionally need. I only wished they offered employees more knowledge on mens clothing to help customers. When I asked cashier/representative a question, she looked it up online on her phone, not exactly...

Love the selection but the customer service was HORRIBLE!!!! When we came in the only worker didn't even greet us. My husband was trying to purchase a few shirts and a pair of pants. She offered absolutely no help and when we went to pay she had a very nasty attitude. She literally told my husband that she didn't offer to help because that's why his wife was with him.
