Rating is horrible due to having the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I normally never leave bad reviews but i had to this time. The food is always topnotch. Employees always have a horrible attitude at this location. Ordered two pita chips and it took them 45 minutes for them to tell the cook to make TWO orders of just pita chips. After waiting 20 minutes of purchasing the pita chips, I decided to confront the workers about whats taking the pita chips long in a polite manner. The worker looked at me and rolls her eyes at me gives a disgusting attitude from the start. Decides to then tell the cook after she had originally billed me out for it. Then Gives me only ONE order out of the two. I Wait another 10 minutes, for the second order of pita chips. Then i go ask again, employee didnt even tell the cook until after. I NEVER have waited 45 MINUTES for pita chips over miscommunication between the cooks & employees. (Not to mention the cook did an amazing job at cooking & having the pita chips done within 5 minutes). Im highly upset with the customer service with this location. Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience at this Cava location. My husband and I placed two pickup orders, but mine was incorrect. When I called to let them know, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and tried again. The second time, the employee apologized and said she’d transfer me to the manager—but I was placed on hold again for 5 more minutes.
At that point, I drove to the restaurant. By the time the manager picked up, I was already in the parking lot. She told me to meet her at the front, but I waited outside while she expected me to come inside—poor communication all around.
I ended up standing in line for 15 more minutes with my incorrect order in hand. When I finally got to the front, my bowl still hadn’t been remade. I asked for a refund instead, but was told they couldn't issue one and I’d have to contact Cava support online. So I asked them to just remake the bowl since a refund wasn’t an option.

A simple item to monitor and keep accountability of, however when the staff lacks the basic skill of reviewing inventory it becomes a fatal issue at a restaurant that SPECIALIZES IN RICE BOWLS! Rather than simply alert the clientele, the employees made us wait in line to discover the lack of rice. The statement, “We are waiting on rice…” is offered without the simple explanation that RICE TAKES 20 MINUTES TO COOK!
The staff’s pierced facial features and blinding enthusiasm for mediocrity have turned what was a good place to grab lunch or a quick dinner into a slow paced torture session where you will be held at the whims of people unable to make eye contact or articulate questions related to your order.
