Edit: 2+ years later we tried again and had a much better experience. Thos go around we ordered greek calzones. Again, I asked for slightly undercooked and they delivered. The only downsides were the large quantities of garlic and the paper beneath the calzone getting cut up and mixing with the toppings, which were falling out the calzones with every bite.

TLDR: Good: crushed ice, atmosphere, flavor Bad: expensive, too much garlic in Greek

2019 experience:

Very Disappointing Experience - My wife and I dined here today, and had a less than acceptable experience. Both of our pizzas were burnt. We ordered Cauliflower Crust pizzas and I actually asked for my pizza to be slightly undercooked. Instead, it came out as pictured below, which is a make your own design pizza with black olives, garlic, and pineapple. Note especially the burnt crust which gave it an unpleasant taste and smell.

My wife was also unhappy with her Caprice salad pizza, which was also burnt. Finally, to top it off, they charge "market" price for the crust, which spikes the price $4.50 higher per thinner than normal crust. I never thought I would say this, but the mediocre chain pizza location nearby actually had much better cauliflower crust at a much more reasonable price.

For the two of us, ordering single pizzas and soft drinks, we rang up over $32 bill. One final positive note - Crushed Ice was amazing in the...

I'm hoping it was just because I wanted my food near closing time, but their fire blaster oven really needs to be cleaned. The bottom of the things I ordered were unnecessarily charred which took away from the flavor. I ordered online and asked for my food to be ready at 8:30 pm. However I got there at 8:30 pm, and my food was just being prepared. That being said, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food.

Anyway, the atmosphere is nice in there. It's very chill and relaxing. So the waiting wasn't bad.

The online ordering was very easy, and it allows you to choose your desired toppings (up to a certain amount). So you can easily add to or take away from your food choices in order to make it the way you want it.

Now, this was my fault, but I ordered roasted garlic on my pizza and on my calzone. Needless to say, I was miserable afterwards!! I thought that the garlic would have been chopped or minced, but I was so wrong!! It was full cloves that were roasted and put onto my pizza and calzone. Let's just say that I was rather unpleasant to be around that night and into the next day. 🍑💨🙊🚽💀🤣 (I learned the hard way that garlic can cause gas and bloating. 🤣)

It'll be a while before I go back to try again though. And I will NOT be adding any roasted garlic to any...

This place is good when you walk in and order the pizza. However, the online ordering system needs work. I have ordered the pizza online twice now and it has been made incorrectly both times.

The first time I ordered online, I left without checking my pizza only to discover the mistake when I got home. They offered to remake the pizza which I appreciated.

Today, I did my due diligence and checked it before I left. I ordered the Easy Caprese which comes with basil and balmsamic. When I noticed it was missing, I let the cashier know. She apologized and asked the lady on the side of her to add please get me some basil and balsamic. The lady showed me my receipt and said I didn't add those to the order. I told her it was an Easy Caprese and it should come with the pizza. They also never gave the additional parmesan I did request even though I asked for it and it was on the order. They offered to remake it, but I couldn't wait that long on my lunch break. I was also getting tired of trying to prove a point of how the pizza should be made (lol). I picked it up promptly but it was cold as well.

Needless to say, I won't be using the online ordering any longer. Please pay more attention to these orders. We are paying...

Lit Pizza is a good little pizzeria for your basic carry out or dine in pizza needs. One of the things I love is that there are such a wide variety of toppings. The added bonus is that one is not charged for additional toppings. Load up! I purchased the “Get Lit” and the “Benny Blanco”, both with original crust. I was surprised to see how thin it was. Due to the crust’s thinness, it get’s soggy really quickly! I didn’t like that at all! On the “Benny Blanco”, I requested honey habanero drizzle, but couldn’t really taste it. The roasted red peppers were soggy, and I removed many of them. Overall, the pizza was good, but the burst of flavors that I was expecting just wasn’t there. Would I go back? Most likely.

Apparently when you order delivery, it means Lit Pizza throws your order into a box before it’s even put together properly. I got my order quick, which I was excited about at first. I’m recovering from covid so I am currently quarantining and can’t go anywhere. When I opened my box, my pizza just looked disgusting. No sauce on my pizza at all, and it looks like it’s missed half its cheese. Crust was warped and looked just over cooked, and they cut up the pizza without actually cutting slices. Not to mention, we are missing 3 side sauces. I’m so disappointed. I don’t recommend Lit Pizza on corporate.
