😀"My daughter and I decided to take a quick trip to New Orleans for Jeenteen weekend, plus take care of some business while we were down there, oh what a marvelous 😍 time we had." So we started looking 🤣 for some 👍🙂 restaurants in the city🌆 witch serve some good breakfast, dinner 🍽️ and lunch."witch they all do."So the hotels 🛏️ provided us with this huge 🤗 magazine that has every restaurants , walking tours 🚢 boat tours, etc in the city is in there." This book tells you everything you are looking for."So for breakfast,😋we found this restaurant , located in Harahan. we put our GPS on, and drove there." Let me tell you, if you want a good breakfast, this is the restaurant to go to, their breakfast 🍳🥞 off the ⛓️ chain chain."My daughter and I had🍳 🥘 hot delicious pancakes, three different meats with scrabble eggs, 😋🥚and hot bowl 🍜 butter cheese 🧀 grits." Upon walking in, it does have that diner feel, which is pretty cool. A small, dive-diner is usually what I aim for. The service was okay. My biggest judgement comes from the food, and while I don’t expect 5-star food from a diner, there were a few things lacking.

I ordered biscuits and gravy, and there was no sausage crumbles in the gravy, instead, I got sausage links on top. The biscuits could’ve been better if they were cut and had butter put on them and grilled to a crisp on the exterior. The worst part of the meal was the hash browns. Now maybe it was an off day, but my hash browns looked par-cooked prior, were bitter, and had ZERO seasoning in them. Hash browns usually have a crispy outer coating, and somewhat of a nice interior, but these hash browns were shaped in a square shape and had the interior of mashed potatoes. Epic fail in the hash brown department.

It appears that the food here when cooked doesn’t have a standard amount of seasoning on the breakfast food. I would expect some salt and pepper on SOMETHING, but maybe it was busy and the kitchen was trying to keep up. The reason I gave it a 2 is because I don’t believe in making a permanent judgement from one experience, and I will try it again, however, if its consistently the same with the breakfast, then I will most likely not return.

This place menu-wise has the potential to be a “Dot’s Diner Killer” with their menu offerings, but I strongly advise to pay attention to the work of the cooks, as they are the ones who either keep you afloat or...

We're all about the food, and being as such we always look for new places to go. Tonight the wife had just gotten up after working a 12-hour shift and coming home and sleeping and she wanted breakfast. So I did a quick search and came up with this place. And boy am I glad we did! It's a quaint little storefront type Diner in a strip center, but it's nice and clean, even the restrooms were really clean, and the help is real friendly and it wasn't really crowded when we got there at 5:30. They serve breakfast all day long along with other items such as burgers and chicken fried steak and plenty of other dishes to have that aren't just breakfast. I had the biscuits and gravy with the loaded potatoes and I've got to say, for me and gets hard to find somebody that can make the eggs the way I like them. I ordered them over easy and by golly if they didn't come out perfectly done. My wife got the breakfast skillet and the veggies in the plate were super fresh. The iced tea is some of the best I've had ever. We both had excellent meals, and we will definitely be back to try out other things on the menu. And the prices are very reasonable.

The only thing about getting here was the Google ran us into a parking lot of a business next door that you couldn't get to this one from. So be careful when you come in here if you're using Google...
