Sweet Shack Snowballs — Restaurant in Louisiana

Purchase 2 nachos cheese and pepper’s in drive thru. Requested they both be wrapped in foil. Until I get home to surprise my kid’s. Low and behold when they took their first bite of nachos. They immediately replied yuck, the cheese taste funny like sour milk. I said stop it let me taste one and see, omg!!! They where absolutely right. I politely wrapped it back up and will be returning it for a replacement. Since they charge extra for every little thing. My advice give a taste test before leaving the window. Lastly along with my order I purchased 2 medium size snowballs with condensed milk. The snowballs flavors were good but it was the 1 tablespoon of condensed milk on top for me. I understand that kids are making the snowballs but they need some assistance with customer service and assistance with preparing snowballs. I ordered 5 snowballs today all without tops. The snowballs were very dry. I made another stop after leaving hoping that by melting it would help the consistency. That did not help as they lacked juice. I went back to the stand to ask for juice for 3 out of the 5 and was asked if I drunk the snowballs. I was taken aback. Then I was told that I would have to pay extra for juice because the snowballs looked like they were eaten. I reminded them who took my order, that I asked for them to be flat which is why they look that way and only 3 ppl were in my car and you can see that they lacked juice. Workers are very disrespectful. I am from out of town and really wanted to try a snowball for the first time. The place doesn’t close until 7pm. We arrived before closing and someone came out from the shack and put a cone infront of our car not allowing to get a snowball. The workers ended up assaulting my step sister after not wanting to serve her because they “ran out of ice”. If that was truly the case they should’ve have stated that from the start instead of putting a cone a infront of the car while the sign still said “open”.
