Hi everyone and good evening! My experience on July 29, 2022 • I did not feel a warm and welcoming environment. I was not greeted when I arrived inside the restaurant and nobody from the staff assigned me a seat/table. A gentleman with an unfriendly face told me from the kitchen door “sit wherever you want”. The waitress took the chips without gloves and with dirty hands (without washing them or applying antibacterial gel) and she was not a friendly person. I would like to recognize the following only two positive things she was very attentive every time I finished my drink, giving me plenty of refills without asking. The bean dip tasted very delicious (that and the sprite soda were the only things I liked). Main dishes are not authentic Mexican food, I have visited Mexico 3 times and I am a mexican food lover. The burrito looked and tasted like the frozen burritos you find in grocery stores. Before leaving the restaurant they charged me more taxes than normal, by the way the costs are quite expensive for the type of food they offer and the portion they serve to customers. Next time instead supporting this local business I'll go straight to McDonald's for lunch. It's a shame that such a nice and pretty restaurant is run by inefficient and not polite staff. I did not feel welcomed, cared for or valued. My first and last visit.

Let me preface this by saying I've always had good service and good Tex mex tacos here......but OMG I was served with a straight face the worst meal in my life. Seems if you order a Mexican Omelette it is hiding under a revolting gelatinous gravy that resembles Campbells tomato soup...only if it tasted that good. I was really hungry so I figure I can fish the omelette blob out of the slop and dry it off and at least eat eggs...unfortunately the omelette was cooked so fast over done it was 1 step prior to burnt and unpalatable. The waitress was sympathetic but not helpful when I asked for the check after 1 and a half bites. My advice...eat their tex Mex taco bell style tacos and you wont be disappointed... it dont say I didnt warn you if your date to try something else! FWIW, I have over 100 food reviews written

I have been going to La Fiesta over the past 30 plus years! I ALWAYS order three beef taco's! Even BEFORE you order, the waitress brings out chips, salsa and a very small container with beans! Well, it used to be no additional cost! Now, it is $2.50 and I didn't even order it!!! The waitress DID NOT advise Me that there would be a charge for this! It was ALWAYS free!!! Well folks, it is now $2.50 if you order less than $7.00!! I was not made aware of this. So, when I got my check, the waitress then advised me that the menu changed two weeks ago!!!! It is not the $2.50 but the principal. I should have been advised, even before I ordered, of this "change"! It is a trick since you get this bean dip BEFORE you order so naturally you begin eating it!!! Then you order still not ever being advised that there was a charge for the bean dip!!!! It should NEVER be served until after you order and you then have a choice!!! It is a money making trick!!!!!! Most customers, Me included, just pay for it and don't say anything. I asked the waitress and she advised that there have been numerous inquiries/complaints as this is a poor way to make an additional $2.50 + tax!!! I will not return as I don't agree with that type of trickery!!!! I hope that they lose lots of customers...

Probably the worst Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. Parking lot is very small and inconvenient. Our waitress was nosy, I caught her looking in and listening to our conversations she also scoffed at my wife when she didn't get tip amount she wanted and made a smart remark under her breath. Drinks was $3 a piece which added on to our bill. They have no red salsa they give you bean dip that taste bland and generic as if out of the can. This restaurant made the ones back in Natchez Mississippi look like gold. Definitely skip this place and go to Wendy's next door. Otherwise you will have bad tasting food and a bill that will make you drop dead. I only gave it two stars because the coke was good 😂😂. Also I just remembered when I came in and sat down I had to take my hand and sweep off the table and get a menu from the table next to us. Terrible terrible terrible....
