This place saved me $2,000 today. I went in with the idea of purchasing a sofa. First, I found the sofa that I wanted and for whatever reason the sales associate stated they had the sofa also in the microfiber. Which I didn't understand why she was offering information about microfiber when I stated I found the sofa I desire. She stated microfiber was easier to clean and I stated I disliked microfiber and she stated "I don't know anyone that doesn't like microfiber"...Ma'am I just told you that I don't like microfiber. The she proceeded to introduce the interest free credit card. I explain I had the cash on me and did not need credit. Then again, she reintroduce the credit card into the conversation to which I politely stated I have cash and there is no need for me to run credit when I can purchase on the spot. So then she states that the outside delivery company can deliver the item, but it would be an open all day window. I stated I would just rent a truck and pick the items up myself. If I ever decide to purchase something it's going to be in a 1-3 hour window or I'm walking out with money in pocket like I did today.
Secondly, I asked another associate if I could use one of the business chairs to determine if a desk I wanted to purchase was the right height. She stated that I could not use the chairs and that I would have to ask someone else if I could use the chair. I felt the associates at this store lack common sense. If I'm trying to patronize the business and purchase a product which in turn helps the company turn a profit so they can continue to employ you it would be in your interest to allow me to to use the chair or for you to ask the respective party if it's ok for me to use the chair to determine if the desk if feasible for the purpose. At any rate I left and I kept my money in my pocket. If it comes down to it I will build my furniture by hand before I spend a penny in this place. I don't know if this is a franchise or independent, but I can tell you for sure they left a bad taste and I'm not looking at another Rooms To Go Outlet. First impression is a lasting impression. You don't have to write an email telling me you are sorry because you hired the people that spoke to me today and they are a representation of the management because you vouched for their customer service skills or the lack thereof when you hired them to represent your product and company.

   Read morePlease read. The lost art of kindness and consideration has been truly restored at this store! Sales Associate Dominique A. is truly a bubbly sales representative. Dominique is about her hustle. She simultaneously greeted me and my hubs and another couple that entered the door at almost the same time. I explained we were behind them. This rep took no time addressing them as she handed each couple a sale ad which by the way contained awesome coupons. After showing the first couple the pieces they were inquiring about, Dominique turned her focus back on us and immediately found several pieces for us to consider. I can't believe she came to find us in the store just to do this!Dominique was as excited as I was once we made our final selection for purchase. She was professional, courteous, very endearing, and about her grind. My hubs and I even got to see how Dominique checked on an additional family as they finalized their purchase. It has been a while since I witnessed a sales representative move like that. It reminded me of a waitress attending all her different dinner parties at a five star restaurant. Dominique is a powerhouse with a genuine positive demeanor. Also, did I mention every rep there was giving us mad attention wherever we walked in the store. If we were checking out a piece of furniture, any rep close by us would suggest other similar pieces for us to compare. If reps were conversing about sales, they would pause to answer my questions without hesitation and with personable attitudes. Being warm and inviting can be hard after a big holiday crowd has overwhelmed your personal energy levels. Wow! Go sales team! This was a 10 star experience the way care and consideration used to look like many years ago! I hope they find the energy to keep it up because Christmas is still days away and crowds are coming with crazy attitudes. 𤣠This store will make mad sales the way they consistently...
   Read moreDominique was my salesperson and she is the absolute best. I can't say enough on how great it was shopping with her. She approached quickly, has one of the most enchanting smiles ever, was very friendly, and seemed to know where everything was in the store. She helped find what exactly what I wanted and my bed was paid for in under 10 minutes. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me everything that matched my criteria and I was able to easily and quickly make my decision. I didn't feel hassled or pressured in any way. There was no pitches or overselling. She just got me to what I asked for and gave me a great deal and I love my new bed.
So I went back to rooms to go because I got around to redoing my living room and once again rooms to go knocked it out the park for me. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but they had a set their that I absolutely loved and never seen this type of couch before as soon as I saw it I loved it and wanted it. Brett was my salesman this time and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, super nice guy and helped me get a great deal on this couch. I really love this couch. The only downside is how easily it is to fall asleep on this thing. I will always make rooms to go my first stop when shopping for furniture. They always have great inventory with unique pieces at...
