Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

Tonight I came to my favorite fast food restaurant that I have been coming to for 25+years. I ordered a nacho bell grande combo meal add jalopenos, a dorito’s loco taco, and some soft tacos for the rest of my family. I was given my food and not my Pepsi. When I told the lady at the window that I didn’t have my drink, she started to pour me one but I could tell from the window that the syrup was out and I was only getting carbonated water. I asked if the Pepsi was out and she replied “ it just does this sometimes.” When I got home I realized that the syrup was out and I in fact had nothing but soda water. My Doritos taco was crushed and not eatable, and there were no jalapeños on my nachos. I called them and asked to speak to the manager and informed them that there soda machine was out and the other issues with my food. She told me she was sorry and hung up on me. I didn’t expect to get a refund and I didn’t want to drive back up there because I was tired from a long days work. I did expect at least the offer to make it right. Taco Bell has made all these additions to their menu and spent all this money on remodeling and marketing to the extreme. I would rather have half of the menu and some descent customer service and food made right with some care then what we have been left with now. I don’t think I will be returning and I would encourage anyone else to go somewhere that cares for their customers like chick- fil-a , raising canes, or even McDonald’s...

I recently visited this Taco Bell located in Baton Rouge, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. I appreciate the fact that there is never a wait, and my order is always prepared accurately.

I would first like to say that the service here is usually fine and the food is good most of the time. However I came to this Taco Bell today and ordered my food everything was fine and until at the end when the lady asked me if I would like to round up the total of my order and before I could even answer she says ok pull up with an attitude. I ordered the 12 pack crunchy taco and that’s usually in this big box. The lady gives it to me but I had also gotten a quesadilla and was wondering if that was also in the box bc sometimes they put it together. I asked if it was in the box and she was holding another bag and said it’s right here also with an attitude as if I was supposed to know that was mine and not another persons order. It doesn’t sound as bad on text but the rudeness and attitude this lady gave me was uncalled for.
