WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I usually don't call to get credit on my missing food. But, ever since prices went up on fast food i feel like I should get what I paid for. I called the store because they forgot to add the chicken nuggets and what a coincidence that the "manager" answered. I was letting him know what happened and asked for the money to be put back on my card. He said he couldn't do that and i could go pick up the nuggets. I said i would not be able to pick up them so I wanted store credit. Then he said that thats what he told me. That i could either pick them up or get the credit, even though he had only mentioned picking them up. Regardless, i went ahead and gave him my name and went on to ask if he needed my last name. While i was still talking he said "good day" and hung up on me. I call back and no one picks up. I call again and this time someone else picked up. I asked for a manager and what a coincidence... This person was also a "manager". I let him know that the previous manager hung up on me without letting me finish talking to him. I also explained to him that i understand that they are very busy but there was no need for hanging up while i was still talking. Especially because there would have been no need for me to call them if they had not messed up my order. So now this "manager" tells me that he can do without my attitude. So, even though i was NOT giving him attitude i sure did start to after he said that. How can they be managers talking to customers like that?? You better believe I will calling customer service and reporting this store to them. It is ridiculous that I am the one that was wronged and, yet, im being treated like im bothering them. Read moreThis place has several issues that need to be addressed. They have a serious problem with flies in the dining area. There were probably at least a hundred flies inside the dining area alone. I doubt if conditions are any different in the food preparation areas. When made aware of the situation, several employees-including a shift manager, stated "that it wasn't their problem, that there was nothing that they could do about it, that it was not part of their job to kill flies in the dining area, and, finally, that they would let the General Manager "know about it" the next day!! We cancelled the order that we were in the process of placing & will not return to this place anytime soon, I promise you that much!! I would not recommend this place to even my worst of enemies!! Get it together, Wendy's- or close the doors & quit calling yourself "a dining option"...
Read moreYesterday October the 4th, I came through the drive thru to order my mom and I lunch. We ordered a baconator meal with a frosty and a Asiago grilled chicken club, we paid for our meal and was told to pull in a parking space and they would bring us our food. We never got our food. One of the employees came out to ask us what we ordered because they forgot 20 minutes later. All the other cars coming through the drive through were getting served after us just fine. We waited patiently another 10-15 minutes or so then it really occurred to my mom and I that we really weren’t getting served. I pulled back into the drive through and just got my money back.
