DON’T GO TO THIS ONE. Drive to the next one or pick another restaurant!! Overview: Bad customer service. TERRIBLE, COLD, OLD fries, okay chicken sandwiches (with an insane wait - sit down restaurant would be the same), sad junior burgers, cold nuggets. The price is also a deterrent for how bad the food is. I didn’t finish mine because gross. Also: the inside was closed and doors locked even though the hours were until 10pm inside. Long story long: Wow. We haven’t had this bad of an experience at Wendy’s in a long time - if ever. My partner orders ahead using the app while on business trips and has had success, so while on a road trip, we ordered before leaving the Costco nearby. When we pulled up, we gave the name and were told to pull forward. We were given our drinks, but the lady didn’t even look at us or tell us which was which. I made it a point to say thank you, to which she did reply, “You’re welcome - could you pull forward to those stairs by that door over there?” No other info. We did. We waited for over 18 minutes - forgot to check when we finally got our bags. The guy came out, didn’t even come down the stairs and shoved the bags into my partner’s hands. We asked if there were straws and ketchup. Yeah. Based on the amount of time it took and the lack of communication, I already figured there would be issues. Sure enough: No straws. No ketchup. No napkins. NO dipping sauce for the two orders of nuggets. My partner went to ask for the ketchup and straws we were told were in the bags and couldn’t get in. Instead, we had to walk up to the drive-thru window!! We figured the employees - a large group all standing inside by the drive-thru window - just didn’t want to open the inside. Without a manager to ensure they opened, they just didn’t. Bummed our fries were so cold and old they were inedible. More disappointed the amount of time we wasted outside a FAST FOOD place waiting for our “fast” food. Definitely pass...
Read moreWe stopped at this location during our trip through the area. I'd have to admit, I am an overly friendly, use my manners type of person... I left this establishment wondering what the heck type of people hire such miserable employees. But then I realized that maybe it wasn't the employee's fault that the manager clearly didn't schedule enough workers. Upon my arrival, the lady working the till, was over making fries. She immediately explained that she'd be just a few minutes. When she came over, I explained that I'd be ordering 8 meals... she didn't seem impressed nor did she really give any type of reaction other than to motion that I hurry up and get along with my order. After I completed my $145 order, she abruptly walked away and went back to making fries and helping the other workers prep food.
When my order was ready she quickly put the bags down infront of me and didn't say a word. When I asked if she had any type of tray to carry all 7 of the drinks I ordered, she simply said "no Mame" and walked away.
When we got back into our RV I realized we were missing my youngest daughter's chicken nuggets so I asked my oldest to go back in and grab them.
As I stated above, at first I thought the lady waiting us on was rude and shouldn't have any right being in customer service... but after some consideration, I'd like that overworked young lady to have some sympathy. She was clearly doing the job of more than one employee and was run off her feet. I'm sorry to her for judging her so harshly... I hope that her employer see this and realizes that not all patrons will see what I saw... but they will judge your establishment on the poor customer service and likely never return. You need to do better for your employees so that your customers are better...
Read moreTerrible experience and I will never be back to this location ever. I came through the drive through. The menu board had a bad glare on it and I asked a question about what came on the breakfast baconator. The man in the drive through was very short and rude. He didn’t want to answer my question. He just kept saying it’s breakfast and I explained to him about the glare and he just said “sausage”. I asked him if it could come on a croissant and he said “uh uh”. And then said the price again. So I was frustrated and said “ok I’ll take that”. He gave me the price and I drove up to the window. I get to the window and handed him my card while asking “why can’t it come on a croissant” and his response was “I don’t know” with attitude and shrugging of shoulders like I was bothering him for being there to buy food at his restaurant. He handed me my drink and walked away. Then a minute later he comes back with my card smashed into the bag of food and just hands it to me without saying anything, so I said “thank you have a good one” and he ignored me so I said “have a good one” and he was looking at me with no response so I said “have a good one” and he just shut the window. Obviously I was a bother to him and I will NEVER be back. Extremely rude. I didn’t even eat the food I paid for because he was so rude I was worried he did something to my food and drink. This is supposed to be a business of selling food and customer service and it might have been the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Oh and I didn’t...
