Went to Wendy’s 8-9-2020 at 11:01 pm ordered 2 homestyle chicken sandwiches and large fries Big sign promoting online ordering their system is not equipped “so they said I have used it b4” so had to ask for hot fries not 1 2 but 3 times. Picked up my daughter from work because she was on her lunch break. Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru, to only be told the system was down. There were three cars ahead of me waiting at the window. We left the line and went to McDonald’s. I decided to call Wendys to confirm, spoke w/Brandon, he said he was the manager. Brandon said the lobby was open and the system wasn’t down. Brandon then proceeded to yell at me, in an attempt to get me to understand he had no clue why I was told that. The service here is ALWAYS horrible, but my daughter prefers Wendys. This also is not the 1st time we were told the systems were down. It’s always when the lines are backed up to Airline. I went through the drive thru around 547pm on 4/27/23. I ordered $5 biggie bag- no mayo, extra mustard, fully dressed. When I got to the window I was asking the guy would it be fully dressed with EXTRA mustard; he kept replying rudely “what”. I just said never mind. I got my meal-fries and burger were lukewarm. It had NO MUSTARD, one tiny piece of lettuce, bread was soggy, and nuggets were not good.There were no napkins in the bag asked the lady for some napkins she walked off so I asked the guy for some napkins and he asked me did they put some in the bag. I said to myself why would I sit there asking for napkins if I had some.Very bad EXPERIENCE!

July 10, 2023-UPDATE: I decided to try it again today and NO IMPROVEMENT: I asked for LIGHT MAYO AND EXTRA MUSTARD. My sandwich SLOPPY WET WITH MAYO. Sandwich was COLD! No napkins!...
