7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Louisville

Let me start by saying I do love love their drinks, especially the iced Blondie with a little caramel drizzle. Mmm mmm good. However, I have recently been disturbed by the actions by some employees. So I am in Jacksonville, NC (Western Blvd) visiting family, and I was so happy when my daughter-in-law told me they had a 7 Brew. I could not wait to get there. That did not last long. I get there, long line as usual, but that doesn't bother me. What did bother me though is the girl taking the order at the car in front of me hands her tablet to that driver and proceeds to play with the dog (very cute golden retriever by the way). I am thinking to myself I am so glad she is just taking my order. Lol. Pull forward & of course, the same car is still in front of me at the pay/pick-up station waiting for their drink, and what do you know...the young lady begins playing with the dog, he's licking her hand and she reaches behind her and hands him somehing out of a bag. My turn. I am just shaking my head. I speak. I smile and I say I am not trying to be rude, I'm not being funny but you were playing with that dog, I saw him licking all over you and I don't want you touching my cup. She was furious. But why?! Was I wrong? Absolutely NOT!! Fast forward 3 days later, and I get a call from my daughter. She is back home in Louisville, KY, and she is at 7 Brew having a fit (Maple Spring Dr location). She is in line watching ALL the employees coming outside to interact and play with this dog in the car in front of her. She gets to the pay/pick-up station and she kindly says, "I'm not trying to be rude but I need you all to wash your hands before you handle/make my drink" Again, it was not understood why she would say that. My immediate response to her was, "You're kidding. Did I tell you what happened here?" Unbelievable!! 7 Brew, you have got to do better. That is nasty & unsanitary. Next time, I am recording it and posting the videos for the world to see because...

I need sing high praises to 7Brew and their culture ands Staff! All locations ive been to are amazing!

But today I focus on the New location on Bardstown road and Hurstbourne Ln.! As most people today I got up early to grab a drink and my T-shirt for swag day! Got my shirts, ordered my drinks and then the one things no one wants….. card declines. Figured it was my apple pay so i pay with card decline. Reasoning (well that will be a bad teview for my bank, who screwed up) Me now Embarrassed 🤦🏻‍♀️.

But as they went to figure out what to do. They come back and hand me my drinks and allow me to keep my shirts. Manager in duty, simply saying enjoy your day and tell your friends to come!

Went to get a large coffee tonight with an extra double shot of Expresso and when I ask for 6-7 sugars the girl started laughing at me for some reason and I said "how big is your pack of sugars because I'm looking at it like it's 1.5 spoons of sugar in a large coffee". Then for some reason the whole store(5 people), decided they wanted to come out and laugh at me too. One guy was just a smartass trying to impress the girls it seem like and the other guy said that like tablespoons of sugar, which I told them I didn't get this type of harassment at Scooter's. This is the first time I've been back here in a couple of months because of the same thing before. So maybe I'll just start giving all my $ to Scooters because 7 Brew doesn't act like they want it.
