Very disappointed in this Arby's!! Used to be quick service and had people working here that cared about their patrons. Now the service is absolutely horrible since the Covid-19 lock down. I'm sure they lost employees during this time but there is no excuse but pure laziness and VERY BAD ATTITUDES from the employees they have working here, including the managers/supervisors. The shake machine seems to left during the COVID lockdown as well. I have been here about 5 times since the summer of 2022 and EVERYTIME my orders have been wrong! When you call or drive back to the store you get nothing but attitude. I've gotten home with no sauce after ordering it with my food. I've been shorted my desserts on numerous occasions which on 2 of those times I drove back to have the store closed because not enough employees to cover the hours(about 8pm on both times), so I did not get the food I payed for nor a refund or offered a replacement wen I called the next day. I was told well those employees are not here for me to verify you were shorted..... DUH, That's BECAUSE THEY CLOSED EARLY!! Several times I've ordered beef & cheddar only to be told they are out of cheddar, or get home with only a roast beef sandwich. Arby's has good food, or used too. The prices are now outrageous so for me to pay for food I didn't receive or food that was prepared incorrectly is ludicrous and just down right wrong in my book! I gave them another try Saturday June 25 because they had 4 roast beef for $10 and I was craving a turkey gyro. Well "they no longer use turkey on the gyros" and the 4 roast beef sandwiches were absolutely pitiful!! Yes that would of been a good deal for $10 if we wouldn't of had to take 2 of the sandwiches and to make 2 reg roast beefs by using the meat on the other buns!! And then they still looked like the sandwiches I used to order for my kids when they were young. Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS Arby's ON S 3RD STREET. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY THAT I WAS DUPED AGAIN AFTER ASKING THAT THEY MADE SURE THAT MY ORDER WAS CORRECT AND I HAD 4 EACH OF BOTH SAUCES....GUESS WHAT???? I WAS ONLY GIVEN 2 EACH OF THE SAUCES AND NO KETCHUP. AND I COUNTED MY SMALL FRIES.. 11 FRIES IN THE PAPER CUP!!! SUCH A DISGRACE WHEN EVERYONE IS STRUGGLING TO MAKE ENDS MEET. AND NO SHAKES AGAIN.... WELL THEN TAKE THE DAMN THINGS OFF YOUR MENU!!!! And please clean up the...
Read moreThe food was good as always at this location. The floors are always a little dirty, but other than that I've had no complaints until today. I was going to the restroom after eating. As soon as I walked inside the restroom My feet started to slip due to a wet/very slick floor. I skated for a second then went right to my knees. I went to the the lady up front a little shook but as calm as I could be and explained what happened. I told her that someone clearly mopped it heavily and didnt put a wet floor sign up. She got very defensive and was extremely rude saying that it was actually due to an air conditioner leak and had been like that all morning. I don't really belive that but either way there should have been a wet floor sign. Especially since she's admitting that she's known about it since this morning. It was 2:00 when this occurred. I wasnt looking to get any kind of compensation, or to get people in trouble. Just trying to get them to put up a sign so others don't get hurt. My knees are a little banged but will be fine. I just couldn't belive how mad the lady got at me for something that cleary was thier fault and could have been avoided. I asked for her name. She rudely and aggressively said I'm the GM and my name is...
Read moreI'll start by saying I worked at Arby's when I was younger for about a year. I would never have fathomed speaking to a customer the way I was spoken to just now in the drive-thru. I was yelled at by two employees who were arguing with me about whether I ordered a number one or a number two, and how there's no reason why the outside menu was different than the inside, I'm pretty sure I was yelled at by the manager as well, both employees raised their voices at me. NOT TO MENTION. I said large coke, I got a large dr. pepper. I said crinkle fries, I got curly. I can't WAIT to open my sandwich and see what horror there awaits. Arby's being my all time favorite fast food restaurant and former employee of such, I say farewell. Two of your employees made it a guarantee that I will not be back. If these are the type of people you hire, I want nothing to do with you. I want to say this: I do not want anything for free. I do not want an apology, I don't want to be asked if there's anything you can do. I'm simply done. Taco Bell, you've just been upgraded...
