Back in 2023, I had traveled to Louisville on a work trip, where my colleagues and I found an incredible coffee shop right down the street from our hotel (Brew and Sipâs original location downtown). We went a few days in a row, and they remembered us and would greet us like we were old friends.
I recently came back to Louisville for work, but the shop had changed locations and I couldnât remember the name of it! As soon as I saw the wide array of coffee varieties on their online menu, I knew it was the same one.
I went and picked up a large online order for my team (5 people), and Latoya prepared it super quickly. (The owner â the Brew and Sip Lady herself!) Same amazing friendly customer service, delicious coffee, and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Do yourself a favor and add this to your Louisville checklist! I thought about this place for 2.5 years without even remembering the name â thatâs how strong of an impression the experience and the people left on me! 10 stars!!!

Read moreThe level of compassion engulfing the atmosphere is unmatched. As a newly single mom of 2 small girls, I arrived to and to my surprise my wallet had yet again been taken from my purse by my daughter's who love to play house. I tried to use my Samsung pay, but I was unable due to needing my security code. The staff was so patient as I asked for some time to start my scheduled meeting. Within minutes, the gentleman and his wife brought my little girls a blueberry muffin and said to not worry about it coming back up to pay. I was so taken back by their compassion towards my kids, and willingness to give without expectation. I also had the breakfast burrito, which I thought was going to be small, but was a larger portion. It was so filling that I ended up skipping lunch. While I was there also try the lemonade, which is also made in house. The white lemonade is one of the best I've ever had. My friend had the chicken salad which he described as being Smokey and delicious.
I can't wait to go back. And while all the food was delicious, it was the joyful greeting that I got in the door and how the owner knew everyone by name that came in the door. She's an absolute Joy. Not only that, it's a great place to work with tables, natural light...
