By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve received at a Captain D’s. I came to this location with my friend at 8pm last night. We waited at the register for 10 minutes, before the cook, from the kitchen window noticed us and yelled to the manager “you have customers up here”
Between the music playing back there, we couldn’t hear what she said back. He told us he didn’t know if she was going to take our order. We were both confused…I asked him if they were closed in the dining room or if someone Was going to take our order at all. He then yelled at me to get out if I didn’t like the way they did things and an argument ensued. I’m not letting anyone talk to me any kind of way. At this point the manager comes out from the back and just looks confused…like we hadn’t been waiting patiently for 15 minutes for someone to greet us or take our order. The drive thru had 2 cars in it, the store didn’t close for another 2 hours. They weren’t even busy. Then talked to me like a dog because I asked if somebody was going to help us at some point….just ghetto. Clearly looking for a reason to get us out of the restaurant so they didn’t have to serve us…like they didn’t plan to do from the beginning. If they just said that they didn’t come to work, to work, we’d have just left. Went to Bardstown rd location and had no problems. Definitely won’t be back and will report this...
Read moreLet me first say I have been to a lot of restaurants and this was one was the worst experience I have ever had. For one the people you have employed at this location, well not sure what to say about them. The most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever received from a restaurant. I don’t complain at all about anything, but I had to say something about the staff you have employed there. I really didn’t want to hear about what happened last night and why you were ready to leave work. Here is a great idea close the business for one day and hire all new employees and clean up the place. The food was good, hold on the fish and bread was hot but the fries were old. Really didn’t make any since why fish and bread was hot but the fries tasted like the was fried yesterday. For Someone that visits Louisville often I’m very disappointed with the service and the food. I’m sure Rodney Poston will not be very happy about this post. My order number was 0025 and the store number was #3517 just Incase someone thought I was trying to troll them. Nope spent $16.50 and the lady that helped us was Alaina if she was a supervisor or manager I would really think about who I have employed there. I’m sure nothing will happen and they will continue to show this type of customer service to all of...

They think everything is going to get handed to them but it isn’t and they will find out the hard way.
