This place is god awful, an actual disrespect to the DQ name. It is one of the slowest fast food places I’ve ever been to and the only reason I’ve kept coming back over 12 times is because it’s the only one close. After 30 minutes of waiting in line for pretzels and a soda i think I’m finally done. It’s always always slow and there is no rush to get the food to the people. I’ve never wanted to write a negative review so much because I never feel the need but this place is just horrific. They have a soda machine with so many choices and flavors! But oh wait... IT IS OUT OF ALMOST EVERY DRINK AND FLAVOR. It’s so poorly managed and maintained and it has recently gotten a roof makeover but that sure doesn’t help the inside and the flow. The only reason this place is still around here is the people going to it after school because it’s the only place near. Someone in that place needs to step it up and start showing some management for your own respect, show some love and happiness. Make them want to at least get something there again, try to improve. Your purpose is to be a fast food place even if it’s coming and sitting down the food should be out quick and the food should be out the drive through quick. The other day I saw 3 cars drive away after sitting in the line for to long, it’s to the point of losing buiness. Just step it up is really all, there’s no point in writing a negative comment without constructive criticism. Get the cars out of the drive through faster, they are in the drive through for a reason and it’s to be quick and easy. The only reason I selected one star is because there is not an option of zero stars. I have long thought DQ to be overpriced especially compared to their local competition at this location which is Culver's and Freddy's next door. With that being said my kid really likes DQ and I am a sucker for a chili dog so he talked me into tonight. I ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, a cheese burger with fries, cheese curds, and a chili dog for nearly $39. I had to wait about 15 mins but I can handle that if my food is hot and right. I asked for BBQ, Honey Mustard, and Marinara for the chicken and cheese curds. The lady at the window proceeds to tell me it would be $69 for each sauce. I just ordered $40 worth of chicken and cheese curds and can't get sauce for them without paying extra at a fast food establishment that is already grossly overpriced. I let them know that would be my last trip to DQ ever. The icing on the cake was that I got home and the plain cheeseburger I ordered was fully dressed, fries were cold, and there was no toast in either chicken strip basket. So not only was I asked to pay extra for something that should and does come with your meal at any other fast food chain, but I didn't even get everything I paid for and some of it was made wrong. Terrible experience. The service was as bad as the rules for condiments put in place by equally bad management. Freddy's next door will put them out of business thankfully and hopefully sooner than later so a place worth having can occupy...

I've been eating at this location every Sunday morning for , two months. The past three weeks have been terrible, the new girl working the register, needs training ASAP. She's been taking my order, every time I'm placing my order, and continues to mess up the simplest order , bacon & egg , cheese biscuit, with two orders of scrambled eggs, totaling 4 eggs, and I received sausage, egg, cheese biscuit, with one order of eggs. I understand being new , takes time, but this is ridiculous! Keep in mind I am not a person that complains at all , and the manager, doesn't have the best of people skills, regarding comincation either.. I no longer attend this location it's not worth the hassle.. I , along with millions of other people have repeatedly said , fast food service has went down so bad, alot has to do with the quality of people that's being hired, these fast food chains are hiring just about anyone These days. And not picking on DQ but it's really pathetic!
