My husband and I came here for lunch, and we were surprised it wasn’t busy. Crab Rangoon was perfectly soft and crispy in all the right places, and the filling had a great balance of flavors. I actually asked if they were made in house (THEY ARE) because they were so good. Red Snapper and Yellowtail Nigiri, both were fresh and clean; very very nice. Lunch Hibachi came with fried rice, veggies, and your choice of soup OR salad. The portions were large! I had the shrimp (at least 7 large (or tiger) shrimp), and my husband had the New York Strip. We ate here for the first time on a Tuesday lunch service. We brought our son here for his 21st Birthday. We came here after reading the positive reviews and they were spot on! We were there for hibachi and wow! We had filet and shrimp and they were so delicious. They have lunch specials for hibachi that includes your meat, rice, veggies and choice of soup or salad. Loved their house dressing. The owner was so sweet and really took care of us. They sang Happy Birthday to my son with a drum and everything! My son enjoyed the hot sake for his 21st Birthday. Decided to give this local place a try based on reviews. If I could give it six stars I would! My wife got sushi which was delicious and cheaper than competitors. The hibachi chicken dinner was outstanding and the best I've had in Louisville thus far. On top of that, was not overly priced for the amount of food.
