Wingstop — Restaurant in Louisville

I ordered boneless wings from this location and got a weird surprise. There was an extra piece of chicken in the box with a small bite already taken out of it. It honestly felt like someone in the kitchen made themselves a snack and accidentally tossed it in with my food.

When I called, the employee just said they don’t eat chicken, which didn’t really explain anything. Then the manager got on the phone and said she personally watched every order being made and even bagged mine herself. That was hard to believe, especially since when I picked up my order, I only saw one person at the front and someone cooking. There was no manager in sight. She also said it probably looked like a bite because sometimes the chicken breaks in their packaging and cooks that way. GTFOH. That makes zero sense.

So I live about 40 minutes away from this location, and I accidentally placed an order at this location. I realized it a little too late and they had already made the order. I called them to let them know I needed to cancel and that I was sorry but it was a little too far for me to drive. And they told me based on policy, and what the owner says is that once the order is made, they cannot refund or cancel the order and that I have to dispute it with my bank. Terrible customer service. I am a district manager in food and they've had to deal with things like this. So many times and I've never told a customer. You can't get your money back. Because the food is already made. They basically told me that I have to come. Pick the order up before I lose my money unless my bank disputed. That's the craziest shit I've ever heard. 1000% do not recommend going here. That is poor...

I would not recommend this. They do not have adequate French fry boxing for to go. Chicken of any sort seems to be under drained of grease as the flavoring sauce seems to be separated by grease. I did not receive a cup for a drink which we ordered (maybe my fault, my wife ordered??) which I drove back for. I asked for a comp of a ranch dressing cup and was told they cannot do that. Bad customer support. We will not be back. It seems like if your reviews were so bad you would try to make things better....
