Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

My recent experiences with the Domino's at English Villa have been consistently disappointing, leading me to believe it's a location best avoided. The problems stem from a persistent understaffing issue, which results in significant delays and poor customer service.

My first negative encounter involved a 45-minute wait for a pizza that was supposed to be ready upon my arrival. While the employee was apologetic and offered a $20 coupon, this compensation never materialized in my account, despite assurances it would be applied.

Frustrated by this unresolved issue, I revisited the store in January 2025, leaving a one-star review online to reflect my experience. Upon entering the store, I explained the situation to an employee, who, after checking my account, confirmed the existence of the coupon, advising me to call to redeem it. However, when I attempted to do so on January 24th, the coupon had mysteriously vanished from my account. After a five-minute hold, the manager, despite my recounting the entire ordeal, claimed to need to speak with the original employee before addressing the issue, implying a lack of accountability and a dismissive attitude.

Given this series of frustrating and unresolved incidents, coupled with the apparent lack of management oversight, I’ve decided to patronize alternative pizza establishments and would strongly discourage others from experiencing the same level of inconvenience and poor customer service at this particular...

I've ordered from this store 15 times maybe. The pizza is pretty good. They don't usually put enough topping on the pizza when you ask for "extra". The last two times I've ordered I went to the store at my wait time when the pizza is ready. They used to be on time or even early. Now I go there and see my pizzas are still at the prep stage. The first time this happed I was told it would be out in 5 minutes. I waited nearly 20 minutes. The second time I canceled and walked out. I did not want to wait another 15 to 20 minutes after I waited 38 minutes at home. It's just stupid that they can't figure out when the pizzas will be ready. I went there because it is very close to the house. Well they are not convenient if they can't be on time. There are better pizza places that are reliable...

We have had so many issues with actually getting our pizza made-tonight we cancelled our order after waiting an hour and 15 minutes-the pizzas hadn’t even been started by the time we cancelled (it was an order for 2). It wasn’t the fault of the person working there-it was terribly understaffed with just one person working. Another time we had pre-ordered for it to be delivered for a house full of guests. After an hour and a half my husband went to pick up the pizzas to speed up the process and they still hadn’t been started. Shame on us for visiting again after that! We won’t...
