I accidentally placed my mobile order twice and they refused to cancel the second order. and No, they didn’t have it ready! But there’s more. Since they wouldn’t refund me, (and I decided NOT to get my bank involved) I have food for FOUR people. And the young man tries to hand me eight small boxes WITHOUT A BAG. This is obviously a business habit - not offering bags. I held my calm about the money but I became irate when the teen handed me the order (and I feel bad because he is doing EXACTLY what he is taught to do). I later realized I didn’t get everything I ordered!! The donuts were missing and no, I did not call. I don’t want their food. 🙄 Over it! The sandwiches were awful - I threw most of it away. (Pics shared.) My teenage son didn’t want the extra sandwich and that’s saying something. The avocado toast was decent - one star for that.

Read moreTwo completely clueless employees working 5/26 at 330pm. I put in an online order, go to the drive through they read off the order and tell me to pull to the window. Kid at the window looks at me like i have 3 heads and asked me what I ordered, I explain and she just stares at me and shuts the window. I was the only one in the drive thru. A different woman comes and brings my drink and says Have a great day! I say Thanks, I got food too, a Chicken wrap and a donut. She also looks at me like I have 3 heads and then says Okay i'll have it right out. Comes back, hands me a bag I drive off, before I get out of the parking lot i realize there's no donut. I'm pissed at this point because my order was read off out loud 3 times. I go back through the drive through, they say yeah we have your donut. I pull up, grab the bag and head to work. (I'm late now because this took 25 minutes) I look in the bag ITS THE WRONG DONUT. Read moreUsually I have really good service here, but lately this location will not open their dining area to go inside and order, and the drive through wraps all the way out to the road. You would think if you order online you would be able to go inside and pick up your order, since that is the point of ordering ahead. Like I said though, when they aren't super busy the service is great. I think they may just need extra help- so this isn't a knock on the workers... just the management style that's going on here.
Edited to add: When I stopped by last week and had this same problem- I tried calling the store to cancel my order I had already paid for online since the drive-thru was so long and I had to go to work, I called at least 4 times and no one answered any of the times.
