The only reason I even give this place all stars is because of that amazing woman named May or on my receipt it says Marita. Everytime I come get breakfast, she is in the store running everything by herself. She honestly cares for the customers. I've seen people get upset at her because of how long they are in the drive thru because she is by herself doing everything. Why on earth would this business be ran like that? This woman was there to open the store, cooking biscuits, cooking the food, preparing the food and drinks, dealing with customers , all while running drive thru. Yall should give that woman a raise and some help! I worked at Hardee's when I was a kid and anyone who can run that place all by their selves while keeping a smile on their face should be given all kinds of respect. Is there not a GM working that place? I do not know whats going on there but there seems to be a whole bunch of fast food chains being run this way all while Chick-fil-A is running smoothly. Good help is hard to find but when you get good help are you really showing them how much you appreciate them? I'd really love to see this place ran better than it has been since it opened. The only great service I have gotten has been by this woman and another employee in the evening. I hope someone sees this rating because something needs to be done to help this lady out and to show her how much she is valued. If Hardee's want tell you then I will May, Great Job mam! You are a wonderful person and a great employee! Your work is being noticed by the customer's. I sincerely hope that someone gets you some help, gives you a raise and shows you how much you...
Read moreThe only good thing I can say about it was the food was hot other than that the hash browns were just throwing in the bag so when they hand out the window they all spilled in my lap and then on top of that the Philippine lady the manager whoever it is taking the order not to be mean but if she would have waited throughout the whole water and not push me through the water she wouldn't have to keep asking me is that it is that it is that it okay now is that it not you know let me complete the whole order then all I said okay that's it and then come to order and have me drive around instead something that could have went for 2 minutes lasted like almost 10 I felt like and then you have two workers and standing there at the door or at the window I wonder that's big enough to be in your kitchen and these girls I'm not saying are big but they're not little I mean they're bigger than their manager so I feel like one of them can be helping getting the food together and sending me having to say can I get some ketchup and they say huh the only nice one was the one hand in that the actual food to me by saying have a nice day and that's about it so if you all go there please ask the Philippine lady to quietly be quiet until you're finished taking your order and then she wants to stay so behind...
Read moreI've never had a person at a drive-thru cop an attitude with me before, but I guess there's a first time for everything. I was working nearby and wanted to grab a quick bite. I pulled into the drive-thru and pulled up straight to the speaker. It took a full minute for someone to come to the speaker. Not a big deal. There's only one other car at the entire establishment, but maybe they're short-staffed or working on something. The gentleman asked if he could take my order like it was the last thing he wanted to do. I place my order. Then he asks me again a little more aggressively if he can take my order. Before I place the order again, I want to establish that we have a clear line of communication- there could be an issue. I politely say, "Hi. Yes. Can you hear me?" The gentleman immediately copped a professional attitude. "YES! I can hear you. Can you hear ME? Can - I - take - your - order." Well, I'm not eating at any place where I just upset the person potentially making my food. So out the drive-thru I go. The only reason someone would become that aggravated after ONE question is if they just didn't want to be at work. I get it, but keep it to yourself. I dont want to be at work a lot of the time either. But I don't take it out on my customers. They're the reason...
