Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisville

Worse experience ever! Placed the order online...it told me 10-20 minutes...arrived early and paid for my food and then sat and waited. I had a car full of kids so I had went back out to the car and then came back in five minutes later. Now, 5 minutes past pick up time, I asked the guy at the counter how long it would take. He then asked me to get my receipt. As frustrated as I was I went back into the car to get it and when he looked at it, he said, “oh we are out of these but we just got some in so it should be in the oven.” I told him it should’ve been out of the oven and ready I had seen 4 people walk in and get a Big Dinner Box so I wasn’t sure why my food wasn’t ready. He then asked another employee about it who said as well, “we are out of square pizza.” At this point I’m so frustrated and demanded he find out what happened to my order and why it had gone unnoticed for so long. So, finally, another employee says, “we will have to make that order now.” I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THE LEFT HAND TO TELL THE RIGHT HAND WHAT TO DO, ONLY FOR THE RIGHT HAND TO COME BACK AND STILL NOT KNOW WHATS GOING ON!! What frustrated me more is there was no rush in any of them, not one care in the world to find out what happened to my order since I had now been waiting for 30 minutes!! It’s ridiculous and then on top of it all, I NEVER got an apology, NEVER got an explanation and before I said something very rude, I asked for a refund and left! THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!! I understand sometimes there are computer errors to where they don’t see the error, but that’s why I came early to pay for it just to make sure it’s in the system and being processed...this however did not happen whatsoever. I do not have a Pizza Hut that delivers to my home, so I always use Papa Johns since they deliver and I do not want to gather up the kids all the time, but since we were already out and it’s been a while...I just really wanted some Pizza Hut for a change and I regret that decision. I’m so mad and at this point I will not go to Pizza Hut ever again and will keep my money with Papa Johns who delivers to my apartment complex(st Andrews gardens) and always has my order right...

Okay so I decided to order some pizza because I hadn’t had any in a while and it was the most affordable thing to order that day and time.

They already didn’t have NO ingredients for the ultimate cheese pizza I originally wanted to order!! So....

I ordered a big dinner box with an Alfredo pasta, a big dinner box is supposed to come with bread sticks as well, my box was missing a bread stick and the delivery man stole from me by forging a tip onto my receipt after having me sign it. That chase my account to over draft, I hope that $5 was worth it!!

The order was originally 34.96, I woke up this morning with an email saying the price had gotten changed to $38.96!! I was so mad AND I was missing a bread stick and didn’t even bother to say anything but I will now!!

I would never recommend you order delivery from this store, they stole money from me by putting a $5 tip through the receipts I signed and they ate one of my breadsticks!! So just order you meal for carry out and make sure you go up there and watch them make your order so you know they aren’t eating you...

I had an estimated wait time for delivery of almost 2 and a half hours, which I was fine with. Approx 30 minutes after placing my order, I received a text alert, my order was out for delivery. I waited, no show. Then still waited until the first given delivery time thinking, it must have been done by accident. After waiting until 20 minutes after first given time, I tried to contact the store directly and never got an answer. After approx 5 attempts, I spoke with someone on the phone, which then transferred me to the store and still no answer. After about a minute, the call was dropped Everytime. My husband on his way home from work stopped by, only to see employees gathered outside. Walks in, notices order STILL sitting under heat after approx 3 hours since order was placed. Only to find out, the order had somehow been cancelled. Needless to say, we were given the "old" pizza said by employee, for free. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with our food and service. Will more than likely NOT be back. This location has gone down hill in the last couple of...
