You know the food is great in a restaurant when you don't even care if they neglect filling up your drink. I went there last night for my birthday and we all set at the hibachi grill. I had hibachi chicken and rice and soup.I could have picked any restaurant I wanted to go to because it was my birthday and Fuji is the restaurant I chose. Every single time I have eaten there it is exceptionally wonderful and it's always consistent. I have never had a bad experience with a quality of food I get there. Sometimes they get a little busy and you may have to ask for refill on your drink. I don't even care. When the food is that good those little things don't seem to matter. And they don't happen all the time, just periodically. there is a sitting fee if you are not ordering hibachi and you're sitting at the hibachi grill. I wish that they would change this because we had a party of six last night and one person, which is my mother, ordered off the menu and they charged her $3.50. I don't like...
Read moreI'm not a picky eater at all and I usually don't comment on restaurants I visit. But I feel compelled to leave a comment for this so called Japanese restaurant. It is one of the worst places I have been to. First of all, they don't serve authentic Japanese food. More like Chinese versions of Japanese food. We ordered soup expecting to get Miso soup but ended up getting this unidentifiable clear soup with mushrooms and green onions floating on top. Not much flavor at all. Tasted like some base chicken broth. My daughter ordered chicken lo mein. The noodle was overcooked and thus had no texture and the chicken was cold. I ordered Oyoko don. It felt like a left over porridge. The presentation was just horrible. Tasted awful. I have never had such low quality food at a good size restaurant like this. And food was way over priced. I'm surprised how it manages to stay in business. We are never going back to that...
