Heine Brothers Coffee - Fern Creek — Restaurant in Louisville

I ordered a caramel vanilla iceberg and a cinnamon scone. The scone was different than any scone I had had before, but very tasty. Not as dry as you usually expect a scone to be. The iceberg is their version of a Frappuccino. It was yummy, and again, had a distinct flavor. Different than other places. My husband ordered the recommendation from the girl at the drive thru. It was something like "an orange cream boost with half lemonade and half seltzer" As his face may indicate in the photo, he thought it was a little tart. I thought it was quite tasty and refreshing. Only 2 ☆ for atmosphere because it's just a drive thru. The total for those 3 items was $16 and change. That's pretty high for what we received, but if the cost doesn't deter you, the quality...

This is the third time we have come to this Heine Brothers location. Heine Brothers is always our first choice for fast coffee but this “Tiny Heine” location has had issues every time.

Each time we have had to wait for a drink to be remade because they gave us the wrong drink even though we mobile ordered and it has clear instructions.

And this time the drive thru worker had such strong scented lotion on that it is all over our drink lids from them handing it to us. We will be putting these drinks in different cups when we get home. So don’t even get to drink them after we just got them.

Needless to say, the “Tiny Heine” in Fern Creek needs to work on their service. Can’t believe it’s been bad...

Out of all the Heine locations, this one messes up my order almost frequently. Today I order a citrus green tea with honey and there was almost no honey in the drink. I then ordered a vegan wrap, and as I was driving away, I checked the wrap and it was ice cold plus they did not give me the sauce.

In the past I’ve received expired sauce for the vegan wrap, not warmed food, wrong drinks, and even a meat wrap one time instead of the vegan that I could not eat.

I’ve pushed off addressing these issues as I love the other Heine locations and brand. So I’m hoping that with this feedback it’ll be implemented for future...
