I can not say enough about how rude and entitled acting the supervisor Will is. He stood for a good 5-10 min while another girl by herself made drinks, he was bad mouthing another store and the managers that he trained with. The girl making drinks thought it was funny she forgot to pull the cold tickets after I had stood there for 10-15 additional mins. It took from 2:25 till almost 3 for a pineapple drink and a strawberry drink . There was 4 people standing around. One tall girl in a beenie was the only one trying to help but the girl in the green apron would not deligate to anyone to do anything. When I asked for a manager I was told by Will the whole store was waiting on a drink and i said No wonder he (Will) was not working he rolled his eyes at me he was so rude and hateful I had to ask him to walk away from me and the lady next to me was disgusted and said to him he was rude. Read moreTo the baristas who were working on Saturday, July 29th - I wish there was more I could do to to extend a genuine, heartfelt “thank you.” On a random Saturday, I ordered lunch for myself and decided to bring my pup through the drive through. I mobile ordered in advance, but after waiting in the drive through nearly 20 minutes, I decided to come inside. Once inside, I was warned there was a 20 minute wait for orders. I had already been waiting 20 minutes, so I decided to wait it out. I had to check in once more as I had a dog in tow and a food order waiting elsewhere. I waited over 40 minutes total, and then had to ask for my drink to be remade because it wasn’t what I ordered and you did it with a smile. You were polite to every person you encountered, though I’m sure the environment was overwhelming. I’m not here to normalize a 45 minute wait for coffee - but in a place full of “first world problems” you all were serving exactly what the world needs more of - kindness. Read moreI know the store is new, and there are kinks to work out. We have been coming since the day the opened, and we have NEVER received our order correct. There is always something missing, or wrong about our drinks. The orders also take 15-20min AFTER the suggested pickup time to be ready. We placed an order in the store, saw the barista drop the order sticker on the ground, look at it, and then walk away. We thought maybe she reprinted it, and we didn't see. Nope... all our other orders trickled in, and 20min later we had to ask for our drink. We had to point out the sticker on the floor as our order. We were so excited to have a starbucks close to us, but so far, its awful.
