From the moment I approached the glass I was greeted with genuine smiles and conversation. The apple strudel pastry and cortado con azucar (steamed oatmilk, coffee, and sugar) were worthy of savoring slowly in a sunlit corner while furiously promoting this incredible bakery and thier gorgeously crafted confections on Instagram.
