Hubby and I came here yesterday for our 1st time & it was amazing! Hubby got the Philly cheesesteak spud & I got the Surf & Turf spud, (which is really just a huge baked potato). Hubby said that his potato was the best he had eaten in a minute. Mine was the absolute best I had ever eaten too. It was huge and I wasn’t able to finish it as a full meal, but the following day, (today) we had went once again. (Yea, it was that good). I got the Surf & Turf this time with 3Xs the shrimp. I always say You Get What You Pay For & you definitely do here! It may be a little pricey ($17-$20 a person); but one spud potato alone can actually feed up to 2 ppl or can even be split with 3+ kids. We have always gotten our orders to go, but I can say that we met the owner today and he was very nice and spoke with/to us with the upmost respect I’ve ever seen in an owner and that alone earned my respect bc he spoke as if he were just a regular employee. Anyway, Load It is a must try place to eat and I only wish there were more locations bc we come from Valley Stn, but it is well worth the drive anytime bc again, it’s that good. It’s like an upscale subway setting on how you choose what goes in your potato. Thx again for the amazing food and the amazing services. Y’all definitely have an amazing atmosphere and great crew members! Thx again for everything and can’t wait for the rewards program to start up!!!!! We will definitely be...
Read moreTried you guys today. I was super excited to find a build your own potato bar. I was a little let down. Firstly the food tastes great!! Service was awesome! My disappointment was that this was 60% Mexican forward. Which we see everywhere. Chipotle,Moe's, Qdoba..etc. I understand the concept of Loaded nachos..fries..but...then you offer beautiful baked potatoes....but no basic savory baked potato items. Not much focus on that. I love a broccoli and cheddar baked potato but the broccoli you had was fresh not cooked and thats hard to eat on the potato. The steak protein i added i thought was just a basic seasoned steak but it was seasoned more for Mexican fare. So that kinda sucked for me. My mind was thinking steakhouse. Although it wasn't what I wanted it did taste good for each individual part. My honest feedback. Cook the broccoli. Offer a steakhouse baked potato. Cook a steak..slice it. Put on top of potato. Don't use the other steak. Yes the customer might wait an extra 10 min...but man..I know it would be worth it. I wasn't sure if I seen shredded cheddar..but I think that's an alternative for cheddar than the big liquid cheddar for nachos. You guys got a great concept. I know you can't please everyone. I look forward to...
Read moreI absolutely loved it! I ordered the chicken, which was really good, but my friend chose the steak, and it was amazing! I just had to go back and get the steak for myself, and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was incredibly kind and enthusiastic, which made my experience even more enjoyable. They are very generous with portion sizes, and I think the baked potato is the fluffiest I’ve ever had anywhere.
You could tell that they were busy, and they were working hard to accommodate everyone. They did run out of potatoes, but the staff’s morale remained high, even when some customers weren’t as understanding. Opening a new business can be overwhelming, to say the least, but I appreciate that they prioritize customer service.
I highly recommend checking them out! However, I also encourage everyone to extend mercy and grace during this time. If you feel you might not have the patience required when a new business is still finding its footing, it might be best to wait until they are a bit more established. Remember, with any soft opening or grand opening, there will be hiccups, so pack your respect and...
