McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

Hands down best McDonald’s in Louisville. And this is for Mr Nathan Pitts and Ms Annette Cardwell, the people that decided to contact Whas 11 and complain to them about what they saw at McDonald’s. A few nights ago they visited McDonald’s and saw a couple of kids (10 years old) behind the counter taking orders and what not, and this was just unacceptable to them and said those kids should be at home in bed. It was around 11 at night. Let me tell you something, we all live in different worlds. Be thankful that you live in a perfect cookie cutter world. That mom or dad, whoever they were probably don’t have babysitters to watch their kids. This McDonald’s is located near the hood and probably didn’t want their kids home by themselves. So they had no other choice. Yes there are rules (McDonald’s you should build fake McDonald’s to teach kids about the working world and what their moms and dads go through) but they were teaching their kids how to work. To me that’s making lemonade out of lemons. So before you go judging someone, please make sure you can look in the mirror yourself. And instead of wasting peoples time by contacting the news, how about you complain about something real like race wars that are still going on, mental illness, or all the homeless people. Ok, so to understand my complaint, please see Menu Marquee picture below. Let me be clear. This part, IS NOT EMPLOYEES FAULT, CORPORATE? What were you thinking putting the Fish 🐟 Filet Sandwich meal in the SAME picture with Chicken nuggets? I was under the impression, this was the meal offer. YES my fault for not reading, but ALL MENU ITEM meals are pictured with what they come with, EXCEPT THIS. IT ISNT a picture put too closely, they're pictured, TOGETHER. I even asked if I could sub out the nuggets for fries. Was told no, never told I misunderstood the picture. Only when at the pick up window and was asked what my order was? Did I say, Mc Filet, Nuggets meal, and Double Cheeseburger meal. 2 cokes Then the manager came, and I realized the error. And? I only got one coke, the other diet. I worked for McDonalds. The coke error, could lived with but with prices these days? Expensive mistake. Asked if too late to correct? Very busy time, so I just went on. I pulled up at 10:27 and wanted to order some lunch. They told me that I had to wait till 10:30. I said just to order some fries or something they was like yeah so I said I'm going to sit and wait for the 2 minutes she was like okay so I'll pull back and and I went back and I waited and I came back around. It was 1 minute and they still would not serve me. No food so I asked to speak to a manager and a little girl came up named Stacy and posed as a manager and when I asked her was she a manager. She said now I'm a cruel man but I said what can I speak to the manager? She said no I said what can I have? The district manager's phone number. She said it's on the front of the building. I drove around the building. It was not there and then I came in sad and another young lady pointed to me where it is. I said you did not have to lie where it was at and and I called several times. No return phone call. This is the most horriblest place. My food was nasty. They gave me bad ladies that had to pick off but I was hungry so I had no other choice.
