Horrible service!!! They are extremely slow and too many chief's and only 1 Indian!!!! Everybody ordering the youngest of the bunch around!!! Poor thing...Her name is Daysha (I guess that is how you spell it)!!! Pray for her!!! I counted eight total standing around and literally walking in circles!!!! Bossy employees and no manager present ( I asked for the Mgr and the girl in the only purple shirt they gone)!!! I have lived in KY 12 years and only go to this location once a year because it takes me 365 days to calm down from the last visit!!! I was at the drive thru window for over 20 minutes after I waited to get to the first window to pay!!! I don't understand why all 8 employees kept asking each other why I am still at the window, but not once did one walk up to the open window and asked me a single time what I needed (my entire order!!!!). They had noo cappuccino, noo frappes, and was completely out of hot coffee at 10:50am on a Sunday morning!!! ( People just getting out of church or on their way to church, duh) I spent $24 and some change and literally paid a dollar for every single minute I was in the drive thru!!!! (I got my receipt)!! Why is McDonald's an almost trillion dollar a year in revenue company and like Walmart can't get it together????? Call me, I have thousands of examples of how you can improve stores/locations in Louisville, KY!!! Starting with working more and less talking/gossiping about customers with the drive thru window wide open and in front of customers at the inside registers AND way better customer service is needed!!!! I will train for a fee as a consultant if need be ( just pay my college tuition and gas to go)! Customers are the number one priority to ANY company/organization!!!! The other thing I hate is the franchisees way of running their business!!! They have lost all respect from the public and can really do better!!! I have had a position at McDonald's darn near my entire 4 years in high school plus two other jobs. That was between 1996 and 2000 and nothing really has changed for the good since then!!! 17 whole years I have been a repeat customer as well as my family which has grown by 3 (husband and 2 children) so I brought 3 customer's to the company!!! Plus treated friends on our way to the movies or park. Where my husband is from (another contenant/country there is hardly any knowledge of a McDonald's even existing there) and I birth two who on a weekend day I tend to treat for being responsible for themselves, respectful to all and a great pupil in school!!! We work hard for our money and get no and I mean government assistance at all!!! I do cook, clean, take care of our household and work hard at being a positive example for my future generations through sitting as board a member for two organizations and being a member of 13 different organizations all volunteer work as well as go to work full time and school full time. I don't understand how hard is it for 15 people to collectively come together and get an entire $24 order right under 3 minutes? I have completed an entire football team, coaches, waterboys, (mom and dads included) in less than 20 minutes!!!! One would think that businesses would not take anyone coming into their establishment for granted, with this economy. However obviously customer service & the importance of customers has Not been trained here..After paying for my order with my card- I pull forward a boy comes to the window & ask me to pull forward -ok no probl after noticing I was waiting for awhile I pull backwards & asked what was the hold, he said they are making it now, a few seconds later another head pops out & says I’m giving u your money back-they broke the frappe machine & no one told me -ok no probl -although no apology given …she proceeds to give me 5.04, I said umm all of money back-the rude manager (and of course no name given) says not with that attitude -slams the window -I’m sitting there like surely another manager will come to the window -no -I look up staff is bringing other cars out there food. ( shocked staff is running food outside )I go inside the fine manager points to the wall & tells me to call the number on the wall & her manager will give it to me.I told her I do not live in that area I want my money today. No foul language used or yelling-this fine manager points at the number on the wall again & said call the number or I can call the police & tell them I want you out of my store ( SHOCKED) wanting her to call the police because all I want is my money.. obviously this is the one training she took in -not CUSTOMER SERVICE .. I left of course and still waiting for the fine establishment to call me back ..How did a good day of just wanting to order food turn so wrong, what ever happened professionalism, apologies, give her back her money & let her be gone, what ever happened to good ole fashion customer service ..Think twice before...
Read moreInefficient, i went through tge drive thru and was asked to pull to the line and wait for my order, so I did. I waited 20 minutes and finally went into the store, I saw a man and asked if he was the manager and he replied yes, I said is there a way i can get my food , he looked at me and walked off, I went up to the counter and I got his attention again and repeated myself, gave him my receipt, he reached around grabbed a bag from the counter behund him and said here it just came up...i said is it hot? He said it just came up so I said no it didn't its been sitting there and this is cold ( i checked it) he says hey I'm doing the best I can what do you wamt me to do about it...i said well first of all better customer service, second I want it to be remade fresh, he grabbed the bag threw it inthe trash and proceeded to remake..a few minutes later he gave me another bag and says heres your food...i looked in the bag and said no this order isn't complete, everything isnt in there...he grabbed the two remaining items threw them in a bag and shoved them at me, no apologies no nothing just rude behavior...the only person that seemed to have it together was the cashier...and she was struggling to get peoples orders out to them because her orders were not being made.
