As a business owner, I take reviews seriously. I strongly believe in providing a business an opportunity to solve anything that's wrong. With that said I'm leaving the following review armed with documentation. Dapperfam has TERRIBLE customer service. Contrary to previous listed reviews, customer service is not delivering a purchased product to scheduled expectation. It's resolving any issues with the product if/when it's recieved. I made a purchase in Feb 21. It arrived in Mar 21. The condition and fit was unsatisfactory. I made several attempts to contact customer service. I returned the product in Mar 21. I gave the company until May to credit my card prior to making a claim with my card company. They actually disputed my claim. As a result I'm having to do more work to get my money back although they have there "counterfeit branded" merchandise back. So now I will use my free time and platforms to spread the word about their bad business practices and terrible customer...
