The manager was very rude and nasty with me and told me the conversation I was having with him was “pointless”. I have NEVER in my life been told that anything I was talking about was pointless while being a customer. I don’t care how busy the store was that day that was unacceptable. They had no drinks at the store which is crazy so I was asking that if I wanted a meal that comes with a drink, why should I have to pay an EXTRA $2 for a slushie when it’s their fault I couldn’t get a drink? An extra $1 ok but $2?? I’ve worked fast food and customer service skills is so very important to me. I would’ve just solved it by giving me the price of the meal and just giving me the slushie. Im just one customer and if I was holding up the line then why not just save the disrespect and lose $2. Read moreThis location (28th & Broadway) is doing some sort of contest today to see how many cars or how fast they can get through customers in drive thru at the expense of customers satisfaction. Then when u return to have the order fixed they want to give u a refund and not fix the order. I wanted my order fixed and refused to move off the drive pad til they fixed my order. I told them they can't have a contest with consistently messing up people's orders I wasn't helping with their contest. At which time I was told several times, very angrily and nasty to move off the drive pad but I did not. He told me my business was not needed to never come there again, I told him I would be back this afternoon for my afternoon drinks I hoped to see him ..So they did my drink just the opposite way and they were still wrong.
