Rally's — Restaurant in Louisville

I deliver for Postmates and sometimes I work 24hrs straight. This specific location does NOT keep the restaurant open like they’re supposed to until 3am. Management needs to change OR something. And no, covid has nothing to do with this. This specific location is open until 3am, and on several occasions beginning between 1230-1am, they lie to everyone who goes through the drive thru and tells them “I apologize for the inconvenience but our system is down and we have to reboot.” One time they said to come back in 5-10mins, and thought I left and then said it to me again and when I asked if the system was (still) down, and they hesitated and then said “yea” - but it doesn’t end there. This is literally what they tell patrons so they don’t have to cook and do their job! Some of us don’t want McDonald’s and White Castle - and when we drive 15mins (10miles) to grab food from an open location, it’s absurd that because they’re too lazy, they lie and force their own company to LOSE MONEY. Why be open until 3am if you’re not going to serve patrons until at the latest 240-245am? And tonight, it happened again! I pulled up around 1am and they pulled the same ole bs “our system is down” - interesting because you got the postmates order I needed to pick up!! System didn’t seem very down to me - and that’s literally over an hour and a half before closing time. Your employees are earning money while Rally’s is losing money! Owner of this Location does Not care about the Customer reviews and always insists "you get in touch with him" Instead of the Owner getting ahold of you through the Reviews.

Update: Friday 7/29/22 6pm My Girlfriend and I tried to Order from this Racist Rallys Location for the 3rd time hoping things have finally changed... Nope.! Black employee saw us standing at the Walk-Up window.. No other customers..

We waited and when he opened the Window he said "No Window Orders"...so we said no problem we would ride our Bicycles through the Drive Thru...at which he said he would not serve us.....?

Management/Owner does not care. Racist Rallys Location..! They only serve Black people at the Walk-up Window here...

I was trying to give them a 2nd Chance.. and again if your a White person the Employees act as if your NOT there and will never answer the walk-up window..and if they do It's with an Attitude.

Left me standing there for 20minutes...while the Employees talked and laughed and leaned on things inside.. oh they opened the window but just to yell "What's up ni**@" to another black person walking through the parking lot...but then steadly ingored any White person in line....So I left Hungry and Fustrated..

White people are NOT welcome at this location..

Let me guess I will get a "We need to be firing on all cylinders" Reply from...

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in fastfood in my life and the nasty,, racist, Hate that the staff has for white people is appalling and quite sickening! The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed and ashamed of him/herself for condoning such behavior. If you go to the window be ready to wait 45 min all the while they handing free food out the window to their people yet not taking your order till they feel like it. Black people can get ice cream and whites are told the machines broke! They wipe sweat off their head and handle food, not to mention pick up dropped burgers off the floor and put them back on the grill to serve to customers! Also they are horrably known for spitting in food and picking fights with their patrons (even kids) so to the owner who would hire such people? Are you for this type of unsainatary,rude,hateful, racist environment to be portrayed on the people and children who pay your bills? are you just like the staff in which YOU hire?or are you going to take some action and show the community you care by not being a slumlord of restaurants? Your move. Hope u make the dignified...
