Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

Let me start with the person handing me my food was nice however I ordered 2 grilled stuffed steak burritos and some other things but I when I got home I had two small potato and cheese burritos which is what I paid for but when I was talking to the guy who claimed to be the GM was a bit rude and did not offer any compensation for the mistake granted he said that they stopped making those year's ago and I know that not to be true and then he went on in to trying to explain that they were a franchise and they could sell whatever they choose and that's why I got what I got instead ... needless to say my husband got involved and kind told him off a bit but the way this GM was handling this issue was why customer service was takin of the menu year's ago ..I work in customer service and the way we would have handled that would have been to apologize for not communicating to the customer at the time of ordering that they did not have that anymore and would have offered replaced it with something similar ...and if they can make big burritos and they have all the ingredients why can't they make it I recently bought 2 Grilled steak burritos .. maybe its just me but when did they actually disappear...

Normally I can go to this Tacobell with no problem, however, recently, everytime I go in during night shift (around 8 or 9) the food is horrible. Tonight my boyfriend and I had three $1 chicken quesadillas one with light sauce , 1 soft taco, 2 supreme tacos, and a nacho taco. Oh and a water and Mountain Dew. So we got home and every taco we bought had a soggy wrapper and was leaking. The nacho taco was STUFFED with lettuce. Like it is new you would think they ATLEAST have the courtesy to get that right so people will get it again. The chicken quesadillas had barely ANY meat and the regular ones, super light sauce and the one with light sauce, no sauce. And when the lady tried to give us the drinks she handed it to us, we gave it back and corrected her politely, and she kept tryin to give us the wrong drink. Then she sat that drink,that our hands had touched, next to the window to give it to the next customer. Once it goes out the window it should be thrown away. Went inside the establishment to place my order. The place was fully staffed. I was the only customer inside at this time. The boy that took my order had on gloves. Once he finish taking my order he immediately went over to make my tacos. I said to him excuse me, could you change your gloves please. I repeated it twice. He did not seem to like that much, so a girl proceeded to make my tacos. All the workers inside huddled together and looked up at me at the counter, as if I were making too big of a deal about the gloves. There was a girl who came out of the office and she walked up to the counter where I was standing but didn't say anything to me. She immediately walked away. I said all of that to say this....WORKERS, IF YOU WORK IN FAST FOOD AND A CUSTOMER OBSERVES YOU HANDLING MONEY AND THE NEXT SECOND YOU'RE HANDLING THEIR FOOD WITH OUT CHANGING GLOVES, CHANGE YOUR GLOVES BEFORE YOU HANDLE SOMEONES FOOD. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK YOU TO DO THIS. IT SHOULD BE MANDATORY. AND IF YOU ARE ASKED TO CHANGE YOUR GLOVES, DON'T GET AN ATTITUDE....
