Purchased a rocking reclining loveseat on Saturday was set up for delivery on Wednesday when they delivered the piece. There was a big hole in the armrest and some weird stitching on the back side. The delivery guys got LOW customer support to call me. They offered me less than 10% off if I’d keep it, that wasn’t even half of the delivery fee.
I told them no I’d wait for a replacement and they said it would be two weeks. I said OK I could wait then they called me back five minutes later and said the guys were still outside my house, and then I should take the one they were delivering so I had a place to sit and all the mechanism worked fine, I don’t know how they knew that unless they had electricity inside the truck to check it, and that they would send me fabric and have the manufacture send someone to fix it.
said no I’d wait for a replacement. And the Customer Service guy said well you should take one. It’s working good now instead of waiting for another one. I asked if all they sold for second if I had to worry about what was gonna be delivered and he said no ma’am all of our furniture is top rate.
Customer service guy continued to try convince me that was a bad idea because they would have to order another one, and I said, I guess the only thing left would be for me to get a refund.
he said there’s no refund policy. And I asked even if what you send me is defective he said We’ll send another one out with no additional delivery charge when we get one, and for me not to contact the manufacturer
They said not to contact them at LOW. They would contact me when someone was in.
I must admit this makes me a little nervous about their business practices
I am hoping I receive the loveseat. I purchased for $1500 in good working order within a few weeks and I’m not hung out to dry. Realize I should’ve researched them better by checking Better Business Bureau and the reviews online....
Read moreOrdered a table and sofa January 2nd. At that time, they said estimated delivery would be March/April which we accepted and understood. BUT it is mid-May and no word as to where our sofa is. They did warn it could be later, but also gave some good confidence of the April deadline.
Apparently the table is in but won’t deliver until the sofa is in (which last I heard, was missing the ottoman and one piece). I get it but I’m giving one star because the customer service and communication is horrible.
I’d appreciate some updates from time to time- even a quick email saying “thanks for your business, here’s the current status and updates.” But it’s a one-way communication. I have to harass them to get updates. Last I’ve been told, we won’t get it until mid-August. (So yes, that’s EIGHT MONTHS after the PAID IN FULL order.)
Only reason we didn’t cancel our order is because by the time we found something else, we “should” get this order. But the estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back, so who knows? Yes, discounted prices, but apparently you get what...
Read moreMy family ordered my elderly father a new recliner for Father's day which mind you is in June. They stated to us it would take about 3 weeks to get the item in. So when the item finally arrived I think a week later than that, my brother in law picked it up, which it was packed in a box, took it home and it was not the same recliner. They tried to get us to keep that recliner but with my fathers legs it wouldnt work and wasnt even half the recliner we had ordered for him. So they stated that has never happened maybe only once in so many years....needless to say they stated they would do their best to get it shipped to us quickly....So here we are at the end of September, and it was promised to be in last week, they told us today it would be another 2 weeks....OH I THINK NOT!
