Moby Dick Seafood Restaurants — Restaurant in Louisville

Food was good but my piece of fish was dripping with either water or oil. I decided to get another fish sandwich to go and went to order it and asked if I could have a hush puppy instead of nasty bread they ruddy said no. Of course the whole place was riddled with melinials. One in particular, was very rude. I'M waiting on my sandwich to come out and she turns around and says "did u need something " very rudely and I said " I'm waiting on my sandwich " and she said ok and turned around quickly. 5mins go by and they finally give me my fish sandwich and the rude girl throws tarter sauce in my bag on top of my fresume fish sandwich. I'M sorry bit that's nasty and I'm pregnant, idk where ur grubby hands have been and I don't need it on my food. SO I got upset and said, I didn't want dirty tarter packets in my fresh fish . SHE looks at me and rolls her eyes and the proceeds to tell the other young girl next to her what I got mad about and she shook her head too. Uummm I'm sorry but rude little brats that have never had to work in their life until recently, be mouth my little brats and put dirty packets that probably fell on the floor on my fresh food that I'm going to feed to my unborn child!! Not to mention the man who received his food before me didn't get his drink and he looked at the same rude girl and said "my drink? I didn't get my drink!" SHE rudEly says "what??" HE repeared himself once more and she said "pH what did u want?" He told her and she gave it him with a look on her face and he said " a little less attitude next time would be great" she rolled her eyes and all the kids behind the counter made fun of him and laughed once he left. I didn't see anyone who resembled a manager either. One boy I came in contact with was nice. I delbt with him several times during my time there and he was polite and kind. HE asked what the problem was and I told him about the fish and the dirty packets and he got me a new piece of fish but the only thing that was wierd to me was the fact that I waited 5 mins for one piece of fish but when I had an issue I got one instantly. I tried to look through the window while they were "getting me a new piece of fish" but I just saw the lady grab me a peace of fish but it was directly behind the order up window so idk if they just gavery me the same piece of fish or not. Went through the Dive thru was the only car in line ordered a box for two, baked fish and two coleslaw. Food took a while which it normally does and is fine but I got all the way home and didn't have the baked fish. Tried calling 3 times and got no answer and a message saying vm is full. Drove all the way up there went inside told the girl at the counter what happened she yelled at someone in the back that I didn't get my baked fish. Then nothing else was said, so I stood there for 5 mins and finally got my fish. No I am sorry, or anything. Get to the car and the the bag is leaking all over my leg open the bag and the lid isn't even on the container so now my fish is spilled out in the paper bag. I get mistakes happen but when somebody pays almost $45 at your business, has to drive back there to get the rest of the food you would think you would show some sort of customer service skills and at least try to make sure it's packaged right. I will not be back, I will go to the Valley Location...

UPDATE : Firstly, I've loved this restaurants food since I was a kid.It has always been great regardless which location you visited. I really hate to give a bad review, but this can not go without saying something. Because, honestly I feel like I got scammed with their chicken sandwich.(see photos I don't know when it changed but the size of the patty and bun is ridiculous. I think it's $4.69 for the sandwich. Even if it's $3.69 it shouldn't be more than $1.99. Should be advertised as a chicken slider. The worst part is it was a to go order and we didn't realize it was a rip-off until we got home. I had to go to another fast-food restaurant close by to get something else for them to eat! The last time they had this sandwich it was much larger and on a different bun.
