I would honestly give this DQ zero stars if I had to, but this app wonāt let you! One example, although thereās plenty, I took my son there for breakfast. It was 645am, the lights were off outside. The menu wasnāt on breakfast and the employees had just sat down for their morning breakfast break. It took 10 minutes for them to switch the menu, even though I was ready to order, I had to wait. The lady who took my order, took it with a mouthful of food. Hold on folks this gets better. I ordered a breakfast burrito and an OJ. When we got to the window she was still eating and I waited another 10 minutes. The order finally came. I was so dang excited to get out of there, after being there at this point, 23 minutes. They handed me a bag, a large bag. I assumed, which is on me, that they as incompetent as they were, might have been out of wrappers, and had put my sons burrito in a styrofoam container. The sugared donuts we ordered was on top so I thought it was right. It was not. It was a biscuit and gravy that looked as though most of it was in the bottom of the bag. My sons school clothes were soaked in gravy. The donuts were ice cold and by the look of it, yesterdayās batch. I called the store and the lady was like, well, sorry. I called corporate and they had the manager get in touch. The coward did so by email. By freaking email. So then I respond back and heās like well sorry. Well sorry? Well sorry donāt cut it. I asked for my 7.00 back and the manager asked if he could send me coupons? What the literal H E...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI pulled to the drive through. She proceeded to tell me at the speaker that she didnāt have certain menu items, I told her I was picking up a mobile delivery order. She told me to pull around. When I got to the window, I seen one white girl and two or three black guys playing around and laughing loudly. I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. One of the black guys open the window and gave me a Dilly bar and a chocolate milk which was on the order. Iām still waiting for the rest of the order. I seen a white guy cleaning the drive through drink machine and then about 10 minutes later all the restaurant lights shut off. I was in total disbelief⦠I beeped my horn and the nicest one out of the whole horrible experience politely opened the window and asked me what I was waiting for. I hear the woman holler (talking about me) she is lying she has not been sitting there and she was the one I was speaking to on the speaker, she was laughing with the black guys when he ( the black guy) gave me the chocolate milk and the dilly bar. I lost it⦠She lied and her coworker knew she lied. That young man was absolutely remarkable, he displayed patience and compassion. The first caring food service worker Iāve seen in a while. Even the way he was cleaning caught my eye. He actually cared about his job! I felt so bad for him. I really did. While he worked hard to make the order passed closing! āShe was running around acting like a āKaren!ā I pray that one day he is the manager because he...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy grandmother and her friend had a very strange and scary experience here this morning (03-13-2025). They have frequented this location for over a decade, often ordering the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. They don't eat much, so they always split a full order and ask for a plate so they can share. Again, they have done this for many years. However, the employee today told them they don't have any plates. "Okay that's fine," my grandma said, but then they also denied them the senior discount they have been receiving for years. The employee told them they don't offer a senior discount and never have! My grandma also told me that a nicely dressed man walked in carrying an expensive-looking suitcase. He then sat down and briefly looked at his phone. The female employee immediately approached him and said that he must order something before he can sit down, which is ridiculous because he had obviously been travelling and was likely tired. The most shocking thing was that the employee then locked all the doors, barring customers from entering or exiting! After my grandma and her friend finished their meal, they had to ask the manager to unlock the door so they could leave. This place used to be good but now it seems that it provides its customers with no more than mediocre food and hellish service. I hope the employee that served my grandma and her friend is promptly fired and DQ raises their standards before hiring her replacement. Until then, avoid this place...
